Способ печати флага, вымпела, штандарта заключается в том, что рисунок флага, вымпела, штандарта наносят методом переводной термопечати, при котором на мягкую подложку термопереводной машины укладывают полотнище и производят перенос рисунка над действием высокой температуры и давления, при этом перенос рисунка производят одновременно с двух сторон полотнища из синтетических волокон, для чего на бумагу наносят сублимирующими красками два рисунка флага, вымпела, штандарта, являющихся зеркальным отображением друг друга, при этом на подложку термопереводной машины укладывается первый лист бумаги с рисунком изображением вверх, затем укладывается полотнище и сверху накрывается вторым листом бумаги зеркальным изображением вниз, совмещение верхнего и нижнего листа бумаги с рисунком флага, вымпела, штандарта производят отдельно на просвет или на монтажном столе с подсветкой, а совмещение фиксируют по одному или нескольким краям бумаги с помощью клея или заколок, или любым другим способом, что обеспечивает ...

The heat treatment is preferably effected at 110-240‹C at a pressure of 0.1 to 100 mm. of mercury. A modification of the invention comprises applying a print paste containing the water-insoluble dye to a cellulose material, e.g. paper which is then placed in contact with the synthetic material and the whole subjected to a dry heat treatment as above, e.g. on heated rollers. Cellulose acetate, polyamide, polypropylene and polyethylene terephthalate and its unions with cotton and wool are specified.

Dyeing and printing processes for cellulosic fibres and their blends

An improved process for the dyeing and/or printing of cellulosic materials and blends thereof with hydrophobic fibres employs disperse dyes in conjunction with a defined polymer forming compound containing a group OCO(CH2)1.5 SSO3<->X<+> and optionally a defined water-soluble or water-miscible organic compound. The present invention also relates to cellulosic materials or blends thereof with hydrophobic fibres whenever dyed and/or printed by such a process. The process of this invention does not require the use of a cross-linking catalyst. Further, the dyed and/or printed material has an excellent sort handle and there are no objectionable fumes produced during the fixation stage of the dyeing process.

An image (10) constituting the impact promotional item is printed using blended printing inks and sublimation dyes onto a paperboard blank (12), which is folded to form a product package. The printed image (10) has a visual appearance substantially unchanged from a conventional printed image. The sublimation dyes present in the printed image (10) supply a transferrable image component that, following transfer to a substrate such as a fabric article (20), accurately reproduces the printed image (10) viewed by the consumer on the product package (14). Printing ink and sublimation dye blends for printing the image (10) are also disclosed, as are methods for transferring the transferrable image component to an article (20), such as a fabric article or textile.

The heat sensitive transfer ink is printed onto the medium (9) by thermal printing means (10) at a temperature which will release and print the ink, but which is below the temperature which will cause the heat sensitive ink to bond permanently. The image (3) is then transferred from the medium (9) onto the object (8) at a higher temperature which will cause the sensitive ink to permanently bond to the object (8).
