METHOD OF PROVIDING WATERPROOF COATING FOR MASONRY WALLS A simplified method of waterproofing masonry walls such as basement walls subjected to water from the outer surface by coating the inner surface with an anionic silicone emulsion that dries to produce an elastomeric film is disclosed. The silicone emulsion consists essentially of an anionically stabilized hydroxyl endblocked polydiorganosiloxane, amorphous silica, and an organic tin salt, the emulsion having a pH of 9 or greater. The emulsion coating when dried provides an elastomeric film that bonds to the surface with sufficient force to resist the pressure of any water that may diffuse through the wall from the outer surface. The method of this invention provides a waterproof coating that also resists the effects of cracks in the substrate, temperature extremes, molds, fungus, or mildew, as well as possessing a long useful life.

Для повышения прочности оболочки «рукав» изготавливают с помощью нитяной прошивки двух сторон заготовки по размерам в зависимости от проектного решения. Вибромеханическим способом заполняют оболочку-«рукав» керамзитовым гравием фракции 10-40 мм с устройством на концах «рукава» участков для захвата. До и после заполнения оболочка зажимается с помощью полиэтиленового реечно-замкового крепежа, выбираемого в зависимости от общего веса изделия и толщины полотна геотекстиля. Дренажные оболочные набивные изделия соединяются между собой с помощью полиэтиленового реечно-замкового крепежа и разъемной полиэтиленовой муфты, надеваемой на место соединения смежных изделий. A device for installing horizontal drains in a coal combustion residual or other sludge pond consists of a trenching device that extends downwardly to the depth of required installation of the drains and an attachment through which the drains are fed during installation. The disclosure discloses a high-performance liquefaction mitigation method forstone columns for protecting the existing buildings during earthquakes. Specifically, a small equipment is used to dig trenches in the soil around the existing building. A method of making a waterproof self-adhesive protective sheet comprising:providing a first polyester layer that is constructed from polyethylene terephthalate (PET) fibers that form a first non-woven, liquid permeable layer of PET fibers;providing a second polyester layer that is constructed from polyethylene terephthalate (PET) fibers that forms a second non-woven, liquid permeable layer of PET fibers:joining said first non-woven, liquid permeable layer of PET fibers to said second non-woven, liquid permeable layer of PET fibers using thermal bonding to form a non-woven, liquid permeable PET sheet;placing liquid asphalt on said non-woven, liquid permeable PET sheet that is partially absorbed by said non-woven, liquid permeable PET sheet;allowing said liquid asphalt to cool to form an asphalt layer that is bonded, on a first side of said asphalt layer, to said non-woven, liquid permeable PET sheet as a result of absorption of a portion of said liquid asphalt by said non-woven, liquid permeable PET sheet on said first side of said asphalt layer to form said waterproof, self-adhesive protective sheet;placing a release film on a tacky second surface of said asphalt layer that can be peeled from said second tacky surface so that said second tacky surface can be applied to a surface to be protected.2.
