Основной разработкой является «Блок-модуль «русский». Патент РФ №2064560. Он включает плиты, скрепленные болтами непосредственно между собой или через вкладыш. Расстояние между центрами отверстий для крепления плиты по диагонали не должно быть меньше половины диагонали плиты, так как скрепление при меньшем расстоянии станет невозможным. Это скрытая математическая формула блок - модуля, но также надо учитывать требование строительных норм и правил (СНиП) - растворный шов должен быть 1-2 см. между плитами. Гайки и болты стандартизированы; называется диаметр и шаг резьбы - в предлагаемом блок - модуле болты нестандартные, а с прорезью, т.е. специальные. Технической задачей полезной модели является ускорение сборки и разборки блок - модуля. Задача решается установкой в блок -модуле болтов с прорезью и клиньев.

Provided is a method of installing a tile mosaic upon a vertical concrete surface. The method includes providing a plurality of tiles, a tile support, and a concrete form. The plurality of tiles are adhered to the tile support to define a mosaic assembly. The tiles are positioned on the tile support corresponding to the mosaic. The mosaic assembly is connected to the concrete form, and concrete is poured within the concrete form such that a portion of the tiles become embedded within the concrete. The tile support is subsequently detached from the concrete form and the concrete form is removed from the cured concrete. The tile support is additionally removed from the plurality of tiles to reveal the mosaic on vertical surface of the concrete structure. 1. A method of forming a mosaic upon a concrete surface , the method comprising the steps of:a) providing a plurality of tiles, a tile support, and a concrete form;b) adhering the plurality of tiles to the tile support to define a mosaic assembly, the tiles being positioned on the tile support corresponding to the mosaic;c) connecting the mosaic assembly to the concrete form;d) pouring the concrete within the concrete form such that a portion of the tiles become embedded within the concrete; ande) removing the concrete form from the concrete.2. The method as recited in claim 1 , wherein the tile support is formed from a porous material.3. The method as recited in claim 2 , wherein the tile support is formed from mesh.4. The method as recited in claim 1 , wherein step b) includes adhering the plurality of tiles to the tile support using a water-soluble adhesive.5. System and method for constructing a brick structure with a cable-driven robot

The process of laying the bricks is performed by the cable-driven robot autonomously. The bricks are provided to the robotic constructing system by an external conveyor and a robot arm of the robotic constructing system is configured to pick up the bricks. The robot arm is then configured to place the bricks in a position to receive an adhesive from an adhesive dispenser of the robotic constructing system and further to load the bricks onto a linear rail. The linear rail can be configured to place the bricks within the proximity of the cable-driven robot. The cable-driven robot can be configured to pick up the bricks and lay the bricks in the designated position of a three-dimensional space.
