Making substrate to hold floor heating - by heating and moulding plastic film into sheet with hollow pipe holders, filling holders with granules, and bonding foam

Номер: DE0004026412A1
Принадлежит:

Supporting sheet for floor heaters is produced by thermoforming a plastic film into both the sheet and holders to take the heating pipe worm, attaching the sheet to a thermally insulating layer also. Fillings are placed in the thermoformed holders, foam is next applied to the fillings on the underside of the sheet, and a sheet of insulation is placed beneath the structure. Pref. foam is polyurethane, preferred film is PVC and preferred filling is crosslinked polyethylene granules. PVC film is thermoformed into the sheet with its hollow holders (3) which are then placed downwards (Fig.2) and filled with the granules (5) of (e.g.) scrap material. The foam (6) is next applied to the open end of the granule fillings (5) and the thermal insulation sheet (4) is pressed on before the foam (6) has fully expanded. ADVANTAGE - Enables the supporting sheet to be of minimal thickness. The stability of the granules filling ensures that the system is suitable for walking on.

This invention involves a kind of air conditioning method and system regarding micro-energy temperature radiant heating and cooling, which resolves the unconformable problem caused by air conditioners noises and air from air conditioner. This method uses the water separator equipment of the modular combination to separate the water streams, which comes from cool or hot sources into many micro circulation pipes of heat exchange surface, which are intensively located at indoor floors, walls and ceilings. The water steams, going through these micro circulation pipes after absorbing heat indoor or releasing heating outdoor, passing energy to the above mentioned cool or hot source after passing through water collector. The system consists of a water separator, which connects with many micro circulation pipes of the heat exchange surface, intensively located at indoor floors, walls and ceilings through one multiple joints being connected with multiple parallel main water supply manifolds. The backwater joint of the micro circulation pipes is connected with the water collector through one multiple joint and many parallel main backwater pipes being connected by a multiple joint. The gap between the main water inflow entrance of the water separator and the main water outlet of the water collector is connected with cool or hot circulation water. It can be used together with solar, ground source heat pump, air ground source heat pump, boiler, water heater, central heating, heat cold source equipment and it has good characteristics like no wind feeling, noises, feeling comfortable and saving energy.

Described herein are methods for installing field-assembled flooring systems wherein the underlayment is a hybrid design that includes a combination of structural board and cementitious product. The hybrid design is configured to reduce or eliminate the curing time requirement after pouring the cementitious product (e.g., gypsum concrete). The field-assembled flooring systems can reduce or eliminate the chances of the onset of mold due to high moisture levels by removing the cementitious product from the prone areas and replacing it with structural boards. The structural boards (e.g., cellulose fiberboards) can be installed in non-critical areas such as underneath cabinets, around the perimeter of the floor, under bathtubs, in non-walk-in closets, anywhere sheet rock reaches the floor, or the like. 1. A method for installing a hybrid underlayment of a flooring system , the method comprising:adhering water-resistant isolation boards to a subfloor in a targeted area, the targeted area lying within a first portion of the subfloor adjacent to a wall frame, the water-resistant isolation boards adhered to the subfloor so that there is a gap between individual water-resistant isolation boards and the wall frame of less than or equal to 3/16 inches;adhering water-resistant structural boards to a top side of the water-resistant isolation boards; andpouring cementitious product in a second portion of the subfloor so that the poured cementitious product is level with a top side of the water-resistant structural boards, wherein the water-resistant isolation boards and the water-resistant structural boards provide a pour stop for the cementitious product and reduce the formation of mold by inhibiting water from the cementitious product entering individual water-resistant isolation boards and individual water-resistant structural boards.2.
