Изобретение направлено на упрощение конструкции и повышение эксплуатационной надежности цилиндрового механизма замка, который содержит размещенный в корпусе составной цилиндр, включающий в себя два объемных сегмента скрепленные между собой дисками , внутри составного цилиндра размещены кодовые пластины, каждая из которых включает в себя одну пару кодовых элементов, имеющих возможность входить в канавку корпуса с постановкой составного цилиндра на тормоз относительно корпуса. В объемном сегменте выполнен канал под ключ, а в кодовых пластинах - по вырезу под кодовые активные и пассивные секции корпуса ключа, выполненного в виде пластины. A lock includes a combination code device, a pin, and at least one fixing unit. The combination code device has a plurality of code input units. When the code combination of the code input units is different from a preset combination, the lock is in a locked state, so the pin is engaged with the combination code device and cannot be moved or rotated. When the code combination of the code input units is the same as the preset combination, the lock is in an unlocked state, so the pin can be moved or rotated. When the fixing unit is at a first position, the code combination of the code input units can be changed; when it is at a second position, it fixes at least one code input unit, and at least part of the code combination of the code input units can not be changed.

A pin tumbler cylinder lock includes a shell, a plug, and at least first and second tumbler pins and first and second driver pins. At least the first driver pin extends into a corresponding plug channel when the plug is in a locked condition, such that rotation of the plug with respect to the shell is blocked. The lock is configured such that at least the first driver pin is separated from the first tumbler pin by a gap when the plug is in the locked condition. When the first and second tumbler pins are raised without the proper key and the gap between the first tumbler pin and the first driver pin is eliminated, the second tumbler pin extends across the shear line and into the corresponding shell channel.

A plug assembly for use in a key-operated lock, having a cylindrical key plug that can rotatable between a key insertion position and a control position, the key plug having a keyway and tumbler bores, an axial groove into the periphery displaced tangentially from the tumbler bores, a curved trough extending radially inwardly from the carriage groove, a control tooling slot formed radially inwardly from the curved trough. A carriage is moveable axially within the carriage groove, and has an outer surface proximate with the cylindrical periphery of the key plug. Each slider has a recessed portion and a non-circular positioning portion. The block has protrusion portions selectively received in the recessed portions. The key has positioning dimples identical to the positioning portion in shape. When the key is inserted into the lock core, the positioning portions match to the positioning dimples respectively and the protrusion portions face to the recessed portions. An unlocking method includes inserting a key into a lock core to make the recessed portion and the protrusion portion face and align to each other by moving and rotating the sliders. Therefore, a location of the recessed portion can vary on the slider in two dimensions, and thus making ulocking very difficult. 2. The core defines a keyway disposed in rotational engagement with an end portion for actuating the lock assembly between locked and unlocked positions. A drive member is rotationally interconnected with the end wall of the housing. The drive member is disposed in driven engagement with the end portion of the core. An adapter defines a generally X-shaped slot and is fixedly attached to the end portion. A tail piece is received by the slot. A locking device and system are disclosed. The locking device includes a barrel within which sets a plug. A plurality of pins sit in pin pathways that extend partially through the barrel and plug and the pins prevent rotation of the barrel within the plug when the ends of the pins are not aligned with a shear line. One of the pins has a recess formed therein within which a locking ball can sit. The engagement or otherwise of the locking ball in the recess is controlled by a linear actuator. When the linear actuator allows the locking ball to disengage the recess the pin with the recess in can engage the key and a line the end of the pin with the shear line.

In one aspect of the present disclosure, a locking device is provided including an interchangeable core (IC), a barrel, an anti-rotation plate, a prong driver, a bolt and a backplate. The barrel is coupled to the backplate and includes a hollow interior to receive the IC. The bolt is slidably disposed in a slot of the backplate. The IC includes a key hole. The prong driver is coupled to the IC and the bolt, such that, when a proper key is inserted into the key hole and rotated the bolt can be extended from the slot in a direction away from the locking device or retracted into the slot in a direction toward the interior of the locking device. When the stopper plugs into the lower-pin-replacing hole, the width of the stopper equals to that of the lower-pin-replacing hole. A locking apparatus includes a fixed housing with a longitudinal elongated bore between two open ends. One end defines an arcuate track with a new rotational displacement range. A pivoting riser extends from a driver to an elongated retainer moving across a locking core configured with a predefined rotational range. A follower on the driver travels within the track. The core and the driver may be connected and inserted via the same open end for rotation within the bore. When the locking core is unlocked and rotated with an operating key, the riser displaces the retainer to retain the core within the housing, while the follower continues to rotate within the track so that the rotational range of the core is changed to the new rotational displacement range. A cylinder and key lock mechanism is unlocked when a specific combination of rotation angles of dialer groups, each constituted by one internal dialer disc and by one external dialer ring coupled through teeth, is dialed through rotation of the key having a formed cipher. A security mechanism, being part of the key and driven by the insertion of the key into the cylinder, enables re-programming. When unlocked and with re-programming enabled, re-programming is possible where the inner dialer discs are decoupled from the respective outer dialer rings, the key can be rotated driving only the inner dialer discs and extracted leaving the system in a re-programming configuration. A new key having a different cipher can be inserted and the system exited re-programming with a different coupling between the inner dialer discs and the respective outer dialer rings so that they couple with the new key cipher.

Замок, содержащий корпус, в котором установлен цилиндровый механизм, запоминающее устройство кода ключа без возможности изменения любого элемента кода и устройство сравнения запомненного кода ключа с кодом замка.
