Распорные дюбели имеют концевой распорный элемент и ближний опорно-стопорный элемент. Кроме того, предусматривается распорно-крепежное средство, которое, с одной стороны, служит для разжимания распорных элементов, а с другой стороны, для закрепления шарнира на шарнирном дюбеле. Распорно-крепежное средство может включать в себя болт с резьбой и гайку или базовую деталь с отверстием для установки винта. С помощью винта базовая деталь соединяется с распорным дюбелем. Sprung strap hinge for glass or plastic internal doors

A novel form of strap hinge is designed especially for internal doors made of glass or acrylic plastic. It has two sections (1, 6) hinged together, which include a stop-notch system. The latter is based on a roller (18) and a long catch recess (24). The roller works under the force of two or more parallel springs (23), held in the first strap section (1). The long recess is located in the second section (6) of the hinge. In the neutral, i.e. closed position of the door, the roller is spring-loaded to engage into the recess. New features include spring action against one edge (20) of a slide plate (16). This is constrained to slide, by a guide in the first section, with minimal play. On the edge (17) opposite the springs, are recesses with bearings for the rollers. Preferably the springs are made of resilient plastic, compressed by cylindrical metal pistons (21).

본 발명은 팝업(Pop-Up)기능과 리미트(Limit)기능이 구비되어 보다 간편하게 테일게이트 글래스를 개방할 수 있는 자동차의 테일게이트 글래스 힌지구조에 관한 것으로, 힌지피벗의 외면을 감싸며 일측이 상부 본체의 저면과 테일게이트 아우터패널 사이에 고정되고 다른 일측은 하부 본체의 저면과 테일게이트 글래스 사이에 고정된 코일 스프링이 구비되고, 상부 본체의 일측에는 홈부가 형성되어 스프링과 결합된 스토퍼가 수용 및 지지되며, 하부 본체에는 상기 스토퍼에 대응하는 걸림부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기와 같은 구성의 본 발명에 의하면 글래스 힌지에 팝업 및 리미트 기능을 부가함으로써 별도의 댐퍼 스테이를 사용하지 않고서도 간편하게 테일게이트 글래스를 개방시킬 수 있다.
