Насадка на лестницу предназначена для предотвращения соскальзывания и сдвигания лестницы по опоре при работе на высоте, и может быть использована преимущественно при подъеме на деревянные, металлические и железобетонные опоры воздушных линий связи и линий электропередач. Насадка содержит металлическое основание прямоугольного профиля, по краям которого выполнены регулируемые зажимы для крепления насадки на лестнице. На основании неподвижно закреплена U-образная металлическая пластина, выполненная с отводами по краям, с шипами на внутренней части и металлической кольцевой цепью, концы которой закреплены в полукольцах, установленных неподвижно на отводах U-образной металлической пластины. Регулировка прижима насадки к опоре выполняется за счет регулирования длины металлической кольцевой цепи. Для этого, один ее конец может быть закреплен на одном отводе в полукольце неразъемно, а другой конец, на другом отводе, - через карабин, или оба конца металлической кольцевой цепи на обоих отводах закреплены в полукольцах через карабины. В частных случаях выполнения отводы U-образной металлической пластины могут быть расположены или параллельно металлическому основанию, или под углом к металлическому основанию. Надежность крепления насадки к опоре и надежность насадки обеспечивается прочностью материалов, из которых они изготовлены. Надежность крепления насадки с лестницей по двум осям координат обеспечивается прочностью материалов, из которых они изготовлены, а вот надежность крепления насадки к тетиве по оси направления самой тетивы обеспечивается только силой зажима и силой трения регулируемых зажимов. Поэтому если зажимы в процессе производства работ немного ослабнут, то при приложении силы, разъединяющей насадку с лестницей по направлению оси расположения самой тетивы, насадка может соскользнуть с самой лестницы. Steps are climbing supports with “walking and/or stepping surfaces” typically ranging anywhere from 8 cm deep to 2-5 cm. The upper step is often a step-plate or platform, enabling a user to stand and move safely and comfortable. A paint can support box adapted to surround and selectively seal a paint can. A hinged top with a seal is affixed to the box and is movable between an open and a closed position. A mounting system attaches the box to rungs of a ladder. A retaining pin prevents the mounting system from inadvertently becoming detached from the ladder rungs. The box is swivelably attached to the mounting system so that the box remains level regardless of the lean angle of the ladder. The box and its contents may be left on the ladder when the ladder is moved to a new location without risk of paint spilling or the apparatus becoming detached from the ladder. Caulk tubes may also be stored and retained within the box. Multiple size paint cans (e.g. gallon, quart, etc.) may be securely accommodated and sealed with appropriate can adapters.
