A flow of oil 57 is introduced into the housing on the inlet side of the expander via a channel 55, and the flow is redirected by a surface 56 of a slide valve assembly such that it is substantially in line with a gas flow 42 through the inlet side of the expander. The expander may be single screw compressor being used as an expander. The expander may further comprise a pair of toothed star rotors which engage with a main rotor mounted within a cylindrical bore. The oil introduction channel is preferably in an inlet side of at least one expansion chamber. The gas flowing through the expander may be ammonia. The main rotor may drive a shaft, which drives a machine such as an electric generator.

本发明提供一种旋转活塞式工作机,包括气缸体,传动轴,气缸体上开设有一圈环形槽,传动轴上连接的第一密封件将环形槽密封,并与气缸体围成密闭的环形气缸,环形气缸内设有至少一个活塞,气缸体上开有至少一个挡块安装口,挡块安装口内安装有由转轴支撑的第二密封件,第二密封件上开设有至少活塞过孔,在活塞转动至第二密封件时,第二密封件转动至活塞过孔与活塞对应的位置,使活塞刚好通过活塞过孔,第二密封件在运动过程中将挡块安装口以及两边的腔室密封。本发明改往复运动为旋转运动,不像传统的内燃机那样剧烈振动,减少能量损失和摩擦,寿命长,压缩比大,做功效率高,燃烧充分,排污少,节能环保。

Between bearings 7 and the screw part of the rotors there are double end seals 14. At the junction of housings 1 and 3 there is bottom 15 with holes 16 for shafts of rotors and inlet opening 17. Separating diaphragms are installed in housings 1, 3 between each bearing 7 and seal 14 and make non-contact seals 20, 21 with rotors. Each diaphragm is made of two diaphragms 18 and 19, spaced apart to form annular volume 22 between them. Each volume 22 is equipped with hole 23 for supply of compressed air into it. The displacement body is held on a discoid rotor, which can be driven eccentrically relative to the housing, in such a manner that during operation, each of its outside wall points performs a circular movement bounded by the peripheral walls of the displacement chamber. The curvature of the displacement body relative to the curvature of the displacement chamber is dimensioned such that the displacement body nearly comes in contact with the radially inner and outer peripheral walls of the displacement chamber. For sealing the radial gap formed between the stationary housing and the rotor a sheet metal strip with a roughness applied in a precisely targeted fashion is held on one of the surfaces of the components to be sealed. In order to create an arrangement which can be produced as simply and easily as possible, the sheet metal strip is to be provided with outwardly projecting scale-like embossings and said sheet metal strip is to be constituted by an aluminum foil cemented on to the component.
