Изобретение относится к электротехнике, в частности к способам прокладки кабелей или проводов различного назначения в кабелепроводном устройстве, и могут быть использованы в производственных, административных и жилых зданиях. Задача - расширение арсенала технических средств. Способ прокладки кабеля или провода в кабелепроводном устройстве включает приложение нагрузки и последующее размещение кабеля или провода в канале кабелепроводной трубы. Новым является то, что изготавливают кабелепроводную трубу в виде тела с отверстиями на поверхности. После размещения кабеля или провода в канале его фиксируют относительно поверхности канала, причем фиксацию осуществляют путем предварительного размещения кабеля или провода в зоне отверстий, выдавливания отдельных частей кабеля или провода из зоны отверстий за пределы канала кабелепроводной трубы и последующей их фиксации на поверхности кабелепроводной трубы за пределами канала. 2 з.п. ф-лы, 2 ил.

A number of insulated wires 14 'are shown supported in the circular portion of the strap which is entirely covered on its inside surface by the resilient strip 15 which has external flanges which are cut away at 17. The opposed legs 18, 19 of the loop 11 are provided with a spur 21 and an indentation respectively to grip the support when the loop 12 is superposed on the loop 11. In a modification the loop 11 is extended to form an additional loop by which the clip can be supported in an inverted position and the loop 12 is replaced by a shorter loop abutting against the loop 11 and having its opening facing in the opposite direction.

As shown, a band 6 of bendable material has a loop 7 and apertured ends 8, 9 for securing by a bolt 10 to a support 11. One end of a resilient, channelsection, lining 13 has a triangular thickening 15 the outer surface of which presses against the opposite end of the lining when the clip is closed to protect the electric wires 12. In a modification the thickening may be at the opposite end of the loop and may be formed from a different material, e.g. natural or artificial rubber of a harder grade, and attached to the lining 13.

The pellet is forced down the passage to expand the end of the shank, remote from the head, into a second head. The stud may be made, e.g. of polystyrene, polyvinyl, chloride or nylon. A tool for applying the pellets is shown at 34, Fig. 9, and consists of a magazine 58 of pellets 16 which are gravity-fed one after another to a nozzle 38. The nozzle is shaped to fit the entrance 18 of passage 22 in the stud. The pellet is moved into the stud by a rod 48.

Abstract of the Disclosure A molded one-piece combination safety clamp and fastener apparatus is provided for securing to an apertured mounting surface at least one element of a generally tubular or regular prismatic shape. The apparatus includes a portion having one or more collars, each comprising a pair of generally complementary inner wall surfaces for receiving and maintain-ing substantially without play a tubular or regular prismatic shaped element. A clamping portion of the apparatus is hingedly connected to the collar portion to form an integral piece therewith and is hingedly moveable into engagement with the collar portion for clamping each of the elements of tubular or regular prismatic shape therebetween. Cooperating locking structures are associated with the collar portion and with the clamping portion, respectively, for positively locking the collar portion and the clamping portion into engagement about the element or elements of generally tubular or regular pris-matic shape. A fastener structure is integrally formed with the apparatus and comprises a plurality of arcuately spaced shank sections for insertion through an aperture of the mount-ing surface, said fastener means having a passageway extending axially therein and partially defined by the inner surfaces of the shank sections. The fastener structure also includes a pin element positioned with respect to the clamping portion so as to be positively retained -thereby upon the hinged movement and engagement thereof with the collar portion.

Since the coating resin layer (50) is made of polyamide resin, the base portion (40) can be heated to a high temperature. The coating metal layer (41) is made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy, and is formed on the surface of the base portion (40) for protecting the base portion (40). Therefore, even when the base portion (40) with the coating metal layer (41) is heated to a high temperature to receive the resin the aluminum alloy does not melt. Accordingly, the base portion (40) and a supported member (20) do not contact directly, and the corrosion and the abrasion of the supported member (20) are prevented, and the supporting member can be disposed in an engine compartment.

A ventilation system for insulated pipe or pipeline to prevent corrosion thereof is discussed. The ventilation system can include an outer skin wrapped around the insulated pipe or pipeline, the outer skin separated from the insulation pipe by stand-off supports to form an annular chamber within the system. The system has a vent screen along a bottom side of the outer skin and a gable running along the top side of the outer skin, the gable having a number of openings therethrough to allow air to flow in through the vent screen, through the annular chamber and out through the gable openings, drawing moisture from the insulation thereby preventing corrosion of the pipe or pipeline. 1. The cable tie clip for a bundle of small electric cables is formed from a flexible strap (1) with attachment lugs (4) at either end. A flexible inner protective band (3) has triangular section serrations which face inwards and compress the conductors into a tight bundle. The clip (1) is initially open, forming a three quarter circle. The clip is fitted over the cables and the two connecting lugs at the ends of the strip brought together. One of the lugs is angled to the periphery of the band so when the band is closed the two lugs rest one flat on the other. A bolt is then passed through the holes in the lugs and used to attach the clip to the supporting surface. The height and pitch of the serrations on the flexible lining are of the same order as the dia. of the cables retained in the clip.

A retention clip (10) which secures radiant heating tubing (48) to a reinforcing bar or wire (50) used to reinforce a concrete slab. In one embodiment, the clip (10) has a C-shaped body (12) which includes a pair of parallel legs (14, 16) connected by a straight bight (18). The bight (18) is hinged (26) in the center so it can be bent to bring the free ends of the legs (14, 16) together. A pin (42) on one leg (16) then enters a socket (36) on the other leg (14) and a flange (44) on the pin (42) interlocks with a shoulder (40) of the socket (36) to hold the clip (10) around the tubing (48) and reinforcing element (50). The clip body (12) has stiffening ribs (28, 30, 32) to enhance its strength and dimensional stability. An alternative embodiment provides a straight clip body (112) having a central hinge joint (122) and two elbow joints (128) about which the body (112) can be flexed to bring interlocking ends together. Each elbow joint (128) includes opposing pairs of lugs (168) which provide stability. A block (120) on one side of each elbow joint (128) enters a groove (138) between the opposing lugs (168) to lock the joint (128) against sideward swaying.
