The wheeled undercarriage is used in a television or film studio. It has an axle (13) carrying two wheels (14) side-by-side. One of these wheels has a solid rubber tyre and the other has a large-section pneumatic tyre. These wheels are used for rolling over floors and other flat surfaces. In some cases the spring assembly, transition assembly, and cam assembly are all mounted to the moving bracket and move with the display. This is an automated cart which features a normal colour camera and a thermal camera mounted onto it. This cart travels across a rail system and is enclosed within plastic cover to protect it. This overall allows the cart to very closely monitor an area without having to invest in multiple cameras. The cart will be powered by a wired connection and can be controlled manually or automatically, through wireless or wired means. This will be intended for indoor and outdoor use due to its sturdy, rugged and weatherproof design. This technology will have a variety of applications in fields including but not limited to agriculture and security.

A movable seat and a rail device. The movable seat includes a main body; an air passage, an air sucking passage and an air intake passage formed in the main body; a sucker disposed under bottom face of the main body and an operation/control member mounted on the main body.
