Each of a pair of carriages is movable along a corresponding one of the retaining members and fixable to the corresponding one of the retaining members at a plurality of locations. Each carriage has a clip for capturing a projecting portion of the product. A stop member engages a portion of the product spaced apart from the projecting portions captured by the clips. The stop member is movable toward the clips in a single degree of freedom and is fixable to the base at a plurality of locations along the degree of freedom. Methods of securing a product using the apparatus are provided.

A stabilized, collapsible platform having two stages, each adjustable with respect to the other along a support column except to the extent restricted by a temporary lock. In a preferred embodiment, the platform may be adjusted along the support column with each stage moving independently of the other, and, once in the desired position, the temporary lock may then be employed to restrict movement of the stages relative to one another. The temporary lock may additionally stabilize the platform against movement with respect to the support column.

The present invention discloses a liquid crystal display and a backframe for a liquid crystal display. The backframe is configured by interlinked linkages such that the backframe can be freezed in a fully extended position in use, or be collapsible when not in use in a way that the overall dimension of the collapsible backframe is smaller than the fully extended backframe. The backframe can be switched from a fully extended position under normal use, or a collapsible position under a transportation or storage. The collapsible position occupies less volumetric weight as compared to the fully extended position so as to reduce the volumetric weight when the backframe is in transportation and storage. The frame unit has a plurality of mortises vertically incrementally arranged at a lateral adjoining edge of a first lateral surface and a second lateral surface thereof. The plank unit includes a support portion and a tenon extending from the support portion configured to be insertable into one of the mortises through the first lateral surface. SUPPORT FOR USE WITH COMPUTER DEVICES

A support is provided for use with computer devices. The support is made of a flexible material and incorporates an oval axial cross-section along with curved inner walls to provide a cushion. The base includes: an end protrusion extending from a top surface and including a first distal end; and a plurality of adjustment protrusions extending from the top surface and including respective second distal ends. The platen assembly includes a platen and a prop leg. The platen is pivotably connected to the base and the prop leg. For an open position: the platen and prop leg pivot such that: an end of the prop leg contacts an adjustment protrusion or the first end protrusion; the platen and the prop leg form an acute or obtuse angle, opening toward the top surface. For a closed position, the platen and prop leg pivot such that the bottom surface, the platen, and the prop leg are parallel. The first distal end extends further from the top surface than the second distal ends.

FOLDABLE MAT

A foldable mat has a flat flexible base portion with a margin and has finger tabs integrally molded with the base portion out of a polymeric material. The finger tabs extend upward from the base portion. The finger tabs can be grasped and pulled upward to allow the mat to fold so that the bottom surface halves of the mat fold inward on each other, masking the potentially contaminated bottom surface of the mat from contact with anything else. The bottom plate includes an elastic component and at least one supporting portion. The elastic component is disposed corresponding to the pressing component for being engaged with the pressing component and disengaged from the pressing component by a force from the pressing component.
