A system, method, and computer readable medium (collectively, the “system”) are provided. The system may include a processor configured to perform operations and/or steps comprising storing, by a processor, a session key on a mobile device, wherein the session key is encrypted. The system receiving a transaction request, decrypting the session key, and broadcasting a signal configured for being received by a magnetic stripe reader. Track data and/or track data may be encoded in the signal. The track data and/or the track data may also comprise a dynamically generated value that is generated based on the session key. 1. A method comprising:storing, by a processor, a plurality of session keys on a mobile device with the session keys having an expected order of use;receiving, by the processor, a transaction request;decrypting, by the processor, a next expected session key from the plurality of session keys; and [{'b': 1', '2, 'wherein at least one of track data or track data are encoded in the signal,'}, {'b': 1', '2, 'wherein the at least one of the track data or the track data comprises a dynamically generated value, and'}, 'wherein the dynamically generated value is generated based on the next expected session key., 'broadcasting, by the processor, a signal configured for being received by a magnetic stripe reader,'}2. The method of claim 1 , further comprising requesting claim 1 , by the processor claim 1 , that a network trusted app encrypts the next expected session key.3. The method of claim 2 , wherein the network trusted app comprises a trusted execution environment chip.4. The method of claim 1 , further comprising receiving claim 1 , by the processor claim 1 , the plurality of session keys from an enterprise wallet hub before the storing the session keys on the mobile device.5.
