The computing system obtains information that identifies a component installed on the image processing device as a replacement component. The computing system obtains information indicating a count value of a counter associated with the component. The computing system determines whether the counter has been reset based on the information indicating the count value of the counter. In response to determining that the counter has not been reset, the computing system sends, to the image processing device, the resource including information for presentation as an interface element in a graphical user interface on a display of the image processing device, the interface element enabling a user to reset the counter by selecting the interface element. 1.
