Реферат: 1453532 Oral compositions INDIANA UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION 9 April 1974 [9 April 1973] 15656/74 Heading A5B Compositions for application to dental enamel comprise 0.01 to 5% by weight of a non-toxic antibacterial agent selected from hexachlorophene, tribromosalicylanilide, 3, 5- dibromo-3'-trifluoromethyl salicylanilide, paminosalicylic acid, and p-aminobenzoic acid, and 0.01% to 10% by weight of a non-toxic enamel-conditioning agent capable of expanding the dental enamel crystal lattice selected from ortho-phosphoric acid, acetic acid, boric acid, orthosilicic acid, fumaric acid, tartaric acid, methyliminodiacetic acid, potassium, -sodium and ammonium difluoroxalatostannate, diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid, ethylene glycol, bis (#-aminoethylene)tetraacetic acid, cyclohexane diamine tetraacetic acid, ethylene diamine tetra acetic acid, adipic acid, glutaric acid, and salts of condensation products of ammonia and phosphorus pentoxide of the formulae and mixtures thereof. The compositions may further comprise a water-soluble source of fluoride, phosphate, calcium; tin (II), aluminium vanadium or silicon ions or a mixture thereof and other conventional excipients. The compositions may be in the form of dentifrices, pastes; solutions, mouthwashes, interdental stimulators, dental floss or tapes; bristles and chewing gums.
