This study was conducted in four districts named Kerinci, Sarolangun, Bungo and East Tanjung Jabung. Data was collected by interviewing 314 rice farmers which was chosen in cluster random sampling method and analyzed both in descriptive and inferential analysis. To estimate the production and profit functions (UOP) was done by using the Cobb-Douglass function model. The main technological drivers remain a dramatic increase in effective area, coupled with good angular resolution of order 1–10 arcsec. These two parameters are coupled, but must be improved while ensuring a reduction in mass as well as an overall reduction in X-ray mirror fabrication costs. Since there is no material that efficiently refracts X-rays, reflection optics are used for astrophysics and possible future planetary space missions. However, current machine learning techniques for land-use classification are costly in terms of time and energy. There two possible approaches to solving this problem. The first one are Variational Quantum Algorithms. They are a class of quantum algorithms that is aimed at the application in the Near Intermediate- Scale Quantum computing era. Beyark The Boeing Company, Huntington Beach, CA 92647, USA Propulsion airframe integration testing on a 5.75% scale hybrid wing body model using turbine powered simulators was completed at the National Full-Scale Aerodynamics Complex 40- by 80-foot test section. Four rear control surface configurations including a no control surface deflection configuration were tested with the turbine powered simulator units to investigate how the jet exhaust influenced the control surface performance as related to the resultant forces and moments on the model. Thermoelectric Converter for Loop Heat Pipe Temperature Control: Experience and Lessons Learned Jentung Ku 1 and Laura Ottenstein 2 NASA Goddard Space flight Center, Greenbelt, Maryland, 20771, USA This paper describes the theoretical background and implementation methodology of using a thermoelectric converter (TEC) for operating temperature control of a loop heat pipe (LHP). In particular, experimental results from ambient and thermal vacuum tests of an LHP are presented for illustrations. The most commonly used state-of-the-art method to control the LHP operating temperature is to cold bias its compensation chamber (CC) and use an electrical heater to maintain the CC at the desired set point temperature. Although effective, this approach has its shortcomings in that the electrical heater can only provide heating to the CC, and the required power can be large under certain conditions. Part of the BFF development process is the application of coherence factors to account for the discrete nature of the pressure measurement used in the development of the BFFs. Presently, the Space Launch System (SLS) program divides the launch vehicle into distinct aerodynamic regions, within which, the coherence lengths are assumed to be constant.
