Реферат: 962,178. Draught &c. excluders. R. N. BRADLEY. March 28, 1963 [April 4, 1962], No. 12857/62. Heading E1J. A spring-balanced draught excluder comprises a tube B carrying a resilient seal strip B<SP>2</SP> and fixed to a door A by a bracket C<SP>1</SP> which has a stud c passing through a slot c<SP>4</SP> and screwed into a cylinder C contained within the tube B. A torsion spring D is retained between slots c<SP>2</SP> and b<SP>2</SP>, in the cylinder C and a slotted, adjustable end fitting b respectively, the fitting b being retained in a chosen position by a pin b<SP>1</SP>. The draught excluder is rotated into its operative position either by an extension b<SP>4</SP> co-operating with a plate a on the door jamb (Fig. 7), or by a pin b<SP>6</SP> (Fig. 8) on the fitting b: in the latter case, the draught excluder is caused to move spirally by a spiral slot c<SP>14</SP> in the tube B.
