The present invention relates to moon bread having high nutrition and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the present invention comprises: a first step of making dough by mixing strong flour, corn powder, sugar, butter, salt, yeast, baking powder, a dough conditioner, eggs, and water; a second step of aging the dough; a third step of making stuffing by mixing soybean curds, tofu, butter, pear compote, heated chestnuts, blueberries fried with butter, mashed potato, milk, salt, creamy beets, and sugar; a fourth step of putting the stuffing of the third step into the aged dough of the second step and shaping the dough; and a fifth step of making bread with high nutrition by putting the shaped dough into a baking tray and baking the dough at 160-170°C for 3-5 minutes.
