Disclosed is a method for producing a stretched film, which comprises the steps of: melt-coextruding a thermoplastic resin (A) and a thermoplastic resin (B) to produce a composite film (1) which comprises a main film (1a) comprising the thermoplastic resin (A) and both-end films (2) comprising the thermoplastic resin (B) and arranged in parallel at the opposite widthwise end portions of the main film (1a); stretching the composite film; and cutting and removing both of the widthwise end portions of the stretched composite film, wherein the value of the film stretch stress of each of the both-end films (2) is larger than that of the main film (1a) as measured at the same draw ratio. A process by which many kinds of unstretched films comprising a thermoplastic resin are produced each in a small amount and high yield. A thermoplastic resin (A) to be formed into an unstretched film and another thermoplastic resin (B) are separately melted by heating. The thermoplastic resin (B) is introduced to each edge part of a T-die ( 2 ) for extrusion. The two resins are ejected and extruded on a casting roll so that the thermoplastic rosin (B) is disposed on the side of each edge of the thermally melted thermoplastic resin (A). Thus, an unstretched film ( 20 ) is formed which comprises the thermoplastic resin (A) and the thermoplastic resin (B) disposed on the side of each edge of the resin (A). The present invention relates to a film structure comprising an outer layer, a core and an inner layer (or sealant layer). The films of the present invention have less than 25% of polyethylenes having a density of 0.930 g/cm 3 or greater. Further, the films of the present invention can be characterized by the substantial absence of polyamide, polyester, ethylene vinyl acetate, ionomers, polyvinyl chloride, and/or cyclic olefin polymers.

本发明提供了一种聚乙烯管道防白蚁胶带基材及其制备方法,所述聚乙烯管道防白蚁胶带基材包括的组分及各组分的质量百分比为:超低密度聚乙烯50~75%;马来酸酐改性线性低密度聚乙烯10~20%;中密度聚乙烯5~15%;高密度聚乙烯5~15%;抗氧剂1~2%;色母1~2%;防白蚁剂1~2%。本发明的聚乙烯管道防白蚁胶带基材的耐热稳定性能、耐热老化性能、耐环境应力开裂性能、拉伸性能、抗冲击性能、耐热老化性能和耐磨性得到了极大的增强,同时还具有防白蚁的性能。

A colored polyolefin film is printed by digital printing techniques. The colored polyolefin film is formed by blending a coloring agent, such as a pigment or a dye, with a polyolefin, and forming a film from the blend by an extrusion process. Digital signals are supplied to a printer adapted to respond to such signals to print the colored film. Indicia may be placed on the surface of the colored film by electrostatic printing, thermal transfer printing or ink jet printing, especially with an ultraviolet (UV) curable ink jet ink. The colored polyolefin film may be a multi-layer film having an opaque, cavitated core layer and at least one colored skin or tie layer.

The resin is processed in an extruder having a feed zone (32) in which the resin is not melted, a mixing zone (34) in which at least a portion of the resin is melted, and a melt zone (36) in which the resin is in a molten state. Each extrusion zone is partially filled with resin an is contacted with a gas mixture containing oxygen in 8 to 40 % by volume in the melt zone (36). The resulting oxygen-tailorer resin can be used to make polyethylene films having improved bubble stability. The resin can be further pelletized.
