The advantages of the invention consist in particular of that it is guaranteed by closed the trained covering that the sponge arranged inside the covering cannot be gotten dirty. Further by closed the trained covering it is reached that also coverings from thin material remain free from creases with the use of the device. The use of an elastic strip is not necessary during a device in accordance with the invention. Furthermore a device with the characteristics according to invention is easy after the use to clean. To this cleaning, which can take place also by means of a brush, it is not necessary to remove the covering from the sponge and to clean these two parts separately. The stressed device needs to be held only under flowing water or into a waters dived in and abgerubbelt, in order at least roughly from the used cream and/or from contaminants to be released. By the firm mounting of the covering at the sponge it is further reached that the covering cannot as be lost easily as with well-known devices.
