The invention refers to an overhead conveyor balance, consisting of a tubular balancing rail, which is supported between of hooks passable a tubing course arranged and within the range of their ends on Wägezellen. With such overhead conveyor balances the problem exists that for the reaching of perfect results of measurement with simple adjustment relatively expensive Wägezellen must be used. The reason for this is appropriate in it, for D A only such Wägezellen in relation to a subjection to torsion is insensitive. According to the friction existing between the moved hooks and the tubing course and/or the balancing rail and because of the different suspension and form of the loads, in particular, however on the hooks and thus the balancing rail also different the Torsionskräfle influences animal parts. The invention sat down it to the goal of creating a Hängebalmwaage of the kind initially specified with which simpler and thus cheaper daring cells can be used, without the disadvantages mentioned aut'treten. This is reached by it, D f the balancing rail over camp, in particular rolling camp, swivelling on the Wägezellen fell. With an overhead conveyor balance according to invention from the daring rail no subjections to torsion will transfer to the Wägezellen, with torques expenditure-practiced by hooks turn the balancing rail entsprechen& it enter no shift of the Kraflangriffspunktes, the loads always are in the same heavy axle. The camps self-aligning (ball) bearings are appropriate. Thus on the one hand assembly inaccuracies are taken up balanced, on the other hand bending loads. No moments become on the Wägezellen transferring. In order to reach a Unabhangigkeit of the carrying construction of the tubing course, the Wägezellen on consoles are fastened with a preferential Ausfühnmgsbeispiel of the invention, which rise up from the two ends of the tubing course inward. The consoles are by a mounting tube connected and with the lower surface of the tubingclearing bolted. Thus a pre-assembly as well as a simple attachment are made possible for the overhead conveyor balance. The assembly is facilitated also thereby that the outer rings of the antifriction bearings with the Wägezellen are bolted. Below the invention is more near descriptive on the basis a remark example represented in the designs, without being limited to this example. The Fig shows. 1 a front view, the Fig. 2 a side view and the Fig. 3 a plan view of a erfindungsgemäl3en overhead conveyor balance. The Fig. 4 and 5 illustrates the assembly of the overhead conveyor balance by means of exploded views after the invention. In accordance with the designs a tubing course 1 is hung up by means of a carrying construction 2. The tubing course 1 serves the transport of hook 3 (Fig. 2), at which in particular meat parts of animals are hooked. Between the two ends of this tubing course i an overhead conveyor balance 3 is switched on, it made possible to determine the weight of the meat parts hanging on the hooks 3. The overhead conveyor balance 3 possesses a tubular balancing rail 4, which are stored at the two ends in self-aligning (ball) bearings 5. The being certain outer rings 6 of the self-aligning (ball) bearings are versehraubt by means of Gewindeboizen 7 with Wägezellen 8. The Wägezellen 8 are fastened on consoles 9, which rise up under inserting of retaining carriers 10 of the ends of the tubing course 1 inward. The two consoles 9 and/or retaining carrier 10 are connected by a mounting tube i I. The data determined by the balancing lines are transmitted over a holding wire 12 to a not represented indicator. As results from the description in connection with the designs, the balancing rail 4 is freely swivelling according to the storage over the self-aligning (ball) bearings 5 in relation to the tubing course 1. Torques, itself according to a turning of the hooks 3 in the sense the RK O04 038 U1 of double arrow P in Fig. 2 devoted, is transferred from there not to the Wägezellen 8, the balancing rail 4 does not drive rather in the same sense. With into the Fig. 4 and 5 illustrated assembly for the time being the length of the balancing rail 4 plus the two self-aligning (ball) bearings 5 appropriate pieces of the tubing course 1 cut out and at the two ends of pipe will become two drillings each manufactured. For the reduction of the weight of the overhead conveyor balance 3 when assembling the balancing rail 4 with the camps 5 is removed by loosening of the nuts belonging to the screw mountings 7 from the consoles 9. Into the drillings prisms 13 with clamping plates 14 are loosely inserted and the mounting tube 11 with the two consoles is pushed in and fastened 9 (Fig. 5). Subsequently, the balancing rail 4 with the camps 5 is again inserted and all balance parts and distances between the individual balance parts is furnished. The consoles 9 are movable in each direction, so that a simple mechanism is possible. Now the holding wire 12 can be installed and attached and the overhead conveyor balance according to invention is ready for use. In the context of the invention numerous alterations are possible. Like that necessarily self-aligning (ball) bearings do not have to be used, it would be also the use of other antifriction bearings and possibly the use of sliding bearings possible. RK 004 O38 U1
