[0001] According to information of the directorate of the German Federal Railways every year older railroad cars are exchanged against new railroad cars. Dividing of these older railroad cars is time-consuming and very expensive, therefore the responsible course management (Vienna) delivers its railroad cars with sale very cheaply. In Austria in the last decades approx. 20-30 trackways were left open and/or will be in the future still left open. These trackways lead by several places, for this idea are ideal, if the last stop of this left open course is connected with a smaller or larger place. An example: With this place the last stop of the course is because of the edge of the local center. On these tracks, on which for years no more course drives, one could couple left open course railroad cars one behind the other together. Families, which have interest, could rent or buy a railroad car for apartment purposes. Since a railway station in the station also possesses to two sidings, 25-30 railroad cars could be set up, those depending upon liking apartment bedroom, course, kitchen beside the Hauptgleisen also on the sidings in the local area and WC contain (with feeder mechanism). The railway station would be the center of this railroad car place, which are equipped with coffee restaurants and overnight accomodations. An existing powerline over the tracks would be a large advantage, since each railroad car could be supplied with river. It gives in each railroad car a WC, but the storage and the evacuation would have to be still solved (a drains line with the railway station or chamber embedded in concrete with pump). The purpose of this railroad car place at the Lokalität a left open railway station has the sense to make this situation with the tracks again useful. This apartment possibility is suitable for humans, who drove in their life always gladly with the Federal Railroads and its weekend and its vacation at the country would like to spend cheaply or far from each large city to country would like to enjoy its whole pension life. The mayor of this place it will be very welcome that new humans tighten and move away not as usual into the large city. The same situation, which I had now described, could become generally accepted in Austria (Europe) with many left open railway stations. In the enclosed design an example of a such settlement is schematically represented.
