LAMELLA FOR A SHUTTER
The invention refers to a lamella for a shutter, in particular external shutter, with a base from Leichtmetallblech, in particular reciprocally burn-painted aluminum plate, which carries a projection/lead, in particular a tap, at least one of its front edges for the guidance of the lamella in a lateral guide rail of the shutter and at its two longitudinal edges also in a common level lying bending and to it following shapings, in particular diagonally dropping bent sections is provided.
Lamellas of the initially described kind are well-known. They can be folded up with their stacking to a pile particularly small height, so that the Lichtdurchfai1 is obstructed by the building opening in opened shutter if possible little. The projections/leads arranged at the front edges of the lamellas slide with Öffnungsbzw. Schließbewegung of the shutter in the guide rails. In particular in the closing position of the shutter these projections/leads keep the lamellas relatively to each other aligned, which is in particular with external shutters, which are exposed to the wind accumulation, of importance, since Durchwölbungen of the shutter are avoided in this way. A disadvantage of the well-known construction consists however of that LS scrub the sharp edges of the front edges of the lamellas at them turned the surfaces of the guide rails, in particular with the Öffnungsoder Schließbewegung of the shutter. It is well-known to arrange at these surfaces Ausbettungen to plastic whereby the scrubbing noise lets itself absorb, however at the expense of a increased wear of the Ausbettungsmaterials by the edges of lamella. The Ausbettungsmaterial must be renewed from there occasionally, which causes at least costs, in many cases in addition, e.g. with wide windows in vielstöckigen multistoried buildings, is not problem-free feasible.
As previously mentioned, the projections/leads of the lamella front edges led in the guide rails form a protection against misalignment of the lamellas normally for the level of the building opening. With wind accumulation these projections/leads must take up and/or them basic front edge sections of the lamellas considerable forces. It comes from there every now and then to deformations of the lamellas, which and the appearance of the shutter impair their stackableness. The deformation resistance lets itself increase, but only up to a certain degree by the shapings of the longitudinal edges of the lamellas. Likewise a border is set to the strength of the sheet metal material for practical reasons, used for the lamellas.
It is well-known, on the front ends of the lamellas or also the Unterschiene caps to touch down (AT-PS Nr.331484, US-PS Nr.2, 497.803, Nr.2, 498.909). On with bending and shapings provided Lame! do not len can such caps however or only at the price of the disadvantage be attached that the thickness of each lamella measured in vertical direction is substantially increased, so that the lamellas cannot be folded up no more to a close package, as this is necessary for a shutter. In addition the production of such caps would become due to the bending and shapings of the lamella base complicated and from there expensive.
Latter disadvantages are valid also for a further well-known construction (DE-OS 2651873), to prevent with more softly to the front edges of the lamella u-shaped guidance members are attached, enter whereby into the opening of this U a flat border of the lateral guide rail of the shutter, in order light-depressed at the edges of lamella. In addition this construction has the disadvantage that flat border the entering the opening of the U causes only quite frictions of the lamella at the lateral guide rails.
Finally it is well-known to bend (FR-PS Nr.i.604.858) and put into in such a way formed openings taps the front end of the lamella of taking off end piece the lamella base along its longitudinal edges along a circle. Also hiefür a considerable expenditure is necessary and it develops the disadvantage of a substantially increased thickness of the lamella in vertical direction.
The invention sits down to the task to avoid the described disadvantages and to improve a lamella of the initially described kind in such a way that at small expenditure on the one hand mentioned scrubbing of the lamellas at the guide rails and/or their Ausbettungen is avoided or at least lowered, on the other hand the lamellas straight at the highly stressed front edge sections to be strengthened, without increasing the Gesamtdieke of the lamella substantially. The invention solves this task thereby that each front edge of the base between the shapings of its longitudinal edges is provided with a rounding einstückigen strengthening it with it, which is formed by a bent extension of the base. By this simple measure the sharp edges arranged so far at the lamella front edges are omitted, so that the friction between the guide rails and/or the Ausbettungen arranged in them and the lamella front edges is reduced, which does not only entail a reduced wear at the guide rails and/or the Ausbettungen, but also Kraft necessary for the opening and/or locking of the shutter reduced. Further the roundings form an enlargement of the deformation resistance at the lamella ends, so that straight these highly stressed sections not so easily bent or will wound to be able as this so far the case was.
A further distribute the measure according to invention lies therein that itself the roundings due to their Einstückigkeit with the lamella base in a course with this by appropriate cut of the Lame! len to manufacture leave. Since the rounding lies between the shapings of the longitudinal edges of the lamella base, these shapings are kept free by the rounding. This facilitates bending the extension of the lamella base for the formation of the rounding. Since it is the central section of the front edge, which slides along the guide rails and/or their Ausbettungen, it does not constitute anything, if in the outside sections of the lamella front edges sharp edges remain in the range of the shapings, since these ranges with the Führungssehienen do not come into contact, if only the Ahrundung, in longitudinal direction of the lamella seen, over which formed longitudinal edges manages, which results automatically in the case of bending the extension.
In accordance with a preferential execution form of the invention the extension is umgebördelt upward and follows the convex side of a curvature of the central section of the base lying between the shapings of the longitudinal edges. This curvature contributes flaring arranged at the exterior of this curvature to the reinforcement of the lamella base and exhibits the same curvature. This lets itself, in particular with burn-painted bases, better technically realizes than a bending for the convex side of the curvature.
The lamella according to invention lets itself manufacture problem-free at small expenditure by machine in quantity production thereby that, with the shapings of the longitudinal edges provided, metal band is preferably already cut with consideration of the length the roundings forming extensions that in such a way developing piece of metal band is punched then or hiebei at the front edges within the range of the shapings for the education of tongue-like extensions and that these extensions are finally umgebördelt.
In the designs a remark example of the invention is schematically represented. Fig.1 shows several lamellas put one on the other to a pile. Fig.2 shows a plan view to the front edge of a lamella including too its guidance serving the construction units. Fig.3 is a cut after the line IIl III the Fig.2. Fig.4 shows two interlinking projections/leads in Blickriehtung of the arrow IV the Fig.3.
In Fig.1 are several lamellas folded up to a pile --I--, in longitudinal direction of the lamellas seen, represented. Each lamella has a base --2-- from reciprocally burn-painted aluminum plate, that at its two longitudinal edges shapings --3-- , of them carries everyone of a diagonally dropping bent section --4-- and one to it following flaring --5-- is formed, whereby both flaring --5-- in the same level lie. By the diagonal Ahkantungen --4-- a good mutual guidance of the lamellas results --I-- home pulling together the shutter to the represented package, what by means of elevator hurrying --6-- taken place, the holes --7-- the lamellas --1-- intersperses, to is subordinate lamella --1-- are fastened and by means of a hoist od.dgl, to be drawn up can.
Each lamella --1-- carries at both front edges --8-- (Fig.2, 3) ever a centrically arranged projection/lead --9-- in form of a tap, its shank --10-- by means of two rivets --II-- at the base --2-- the lamella --I-- is rigidly fastened and to its free end a widened head --12-- carries. This head lies in a cavity --13-- a guide rail --14--, those with two thighs --15-- the head --12-- behind-seized. To the noise suppression are into the thighs --15-- Ausbettungen --16-- from plastic in form over the length of the guide rail --14-- passing strip gotten jammed, between those itself the shank --10-- the Vorsprunges --9-- with play to move can. In order to give an accurate guidance normally for the level of the building opening which can be locked by the shutter, each head has --12-- to its Deckfläehe --17-- a recess --18--, into the one at the Bodenflä “5 before --19-- the head --12-- the neighbouring lamella arranged nose --20-- during the pool of the lamellas a pile (Fig.l) suitably intervenes. In order to facilitate this, the cross section is each nose --20-- trapezoidally, so that the nose --20-- surely into the Ausnehnung --19-- one introduces. Each nose --20-- is lateral from two further recesses --21-- bound, into the further, smaller noses --22-- the head --12-- the neighbouring lamella intervene. In this way a teeth-like connection of the heads results --12-- two neighbouring lamellas --1--. As the Fig.2 and 3 show, all recesses lie --18, 21-- and noses --20, 22-- in a common level, which itself by stamping machines or presses of the head --12-- easily to obtain lets. The round cross section of the shank--10-- the Vorsprunges --9-- a flattening has --27--, those at the lower surface of the base --2-- lies close. Thus the seat of the shank becomes --i0-- improved.
Furthermore is each front edge --8-- the base --2-- the lamella --i-- with a rounding strengthening it --23-- provided, those of an extension umgebördelten upward --24-- the base --2-- is formed. This extension --24-- lies between the two shapings --3-- the base --2--, whereby the rounding --23-- over the front edge of these shapings --3-- manages (Fig.2). This rounding --23--and/or it screen end umgebördelte extension --24-- on the one hand a smooth round front end of the lamella forms --1--, so that this front end without considerable friction at the guide rail --14-- and/or their Ausbettungen --16-- to slide can. Wear of these construction units as well as friction resistance are avoided from there. On the other hand the umgebördete extension forms --24-- a reinforcement Stirnendes of the lamella --1--, so that deformations of the lamella --1--, e.g. by the influence by wind pressure, to be avoided.
As Fig.l shows, is the central section --25-- the base --2--, which between the two shapings --3-- lies, slightly upward curved and/or bombiert trained.
The extension umgebördelte upward --24-- is because of the convex side of this curved central section --24-- on and follows from there the curvature of deses central section, which continues to increase the deformation resistance.
