The invention concerns a procedure for the production of insulating clamps, in particular for sound absorption on a solidium, from Sehaumkunststoff, in particular from foamed polystyrene, preferably footstep resounding damming plates, facade panel or mounting plate for under-floor heatings, whereby the insulating clamps are consolidated for improvement of the acoustic insulation. Such plates are well-known, in which connection can be referred for example to the EP-A 189020, in which a mounting plate for under-floor heatings is descriptive. An insulating clamp from plastic Hartsehaum with regularly arranged recesses is well-known from the DE-OS 3407184. The well-known insulating clamp carries surface a burl foil exhibiting the recesses on their, whereby the Neppen of this foil causes the recesses of the insulating clamp. Plates from art foam material, in particular Pelystyro! , also for the production of fronts is used, whereby the Kunstsehaumsteffplatten is connected by a bereiehsweise laid on adhesive with the brick-work and coated then with a thin finery. In both cases sound absorption is insufficient, and in particular with the fronts mentioned above unpleasant noises result from the gap existing between the brick-work and the art foam material plates. From at-PS Nr.198507 and the DE-OS 2227947 is well-known it to consolidate the plates from foam material for improvement of the acoustic insulation. The invention is the basis the task to indicate a procedure of the kind initially specified after which insulating clamps with particularly good Schalldämmeßgenschaften can be manufactured. According to invention this by it reached that with insulating clamps, which zuzukehrenden on their dern solidiums (lower surface recesses in the form of Saeklöchern, which preferably exhibit a polygonal, in particular a square or hexagonal cross section, the bars, which are preferably more thinly trained than toward the level of the insulating clamp measured dimension of the recesses, planned between the recesses, with pressure on those the solidium zuzukehrende (lower surface of the insulating clamp transverse to the level of the insulating clamp on a given height to be squeezed together and that afterwards the bars a fraction of their original height to expand. By the treatment according to invention that the builder it course-turned side of the plate their sound damming characteristic, completely directly, whether it concerns around noises at a front or the impact sound insulation, in surprisingly high extent is improved. The plate is not only elastifiziert by according to invention made squeezing together and reexpansion letting within the range of its bars planned between the blind hole-like recesses elastifiziert, whereas the remaining body of the plate, i.e. the part do not hlneinerstrecken themselves, into that the recesses. In this way the sound-absorbing characteristic, in particular which regards the Tr ttsehalldämmung, is improved substantially, since the dynamic rigidity was only reduced within the range of the bars between the recesses. In the context of the invention it is advisable to thus proceed that the bars on 20 to 40%, in particular 30%, their original height are zusammengedrüekt and that afterwards the bars ausdehen themselves a height of 50 to 80%, preferably about 66 to 70%, their original height. During the production of insulating clamps one will manufacture usually the recesses with manufacturing the plate by Aufschäumen of preferably before-blown, foamable plastic. Particularly it works, if one the compression of the bars in a cold form, planned at the lower surface of the plate between the recesses, after releasing the disk blank from form from a hot form, in which the plastic one up-foamed, implements itself. For example from the DE-PS Nr.2622903 well-known Transferverfahren uses these execution forms of the procedure according to invention, whereby in the cold form squeezing together within the range of the bars, necessary for the Elastifizierung, is caused at the same time. Further details and characteristics of the invention result from the following description, in which on the designs purchase one takes. Fig.1 an insulating clamp shows seen from their side equipped with recesses, Fig.2 a cut along the line II-II in Fig.1, Fig.3 a detail of the plate in increased yardstick and the Fig.4 to 6 the individual steps with the Elastifizieren of the bars of the plate planned between the recesses. An insulating clamp --1--, which consists for example of foamed polystyrene, possesses which can be assigned (under) side at their a solidium --2-- over its entire surface distributes blind hole-like trained recesses --8-- after a raster --3--. The insulating clamps --1-- are connectable over hook-crease-like liaison vehicles with one another. Downward open slots are at two itself edges meeting in a corner --4-- planned. At the two other edges are upward open slots --5-- planned, whereby in both cases those the slots --4 and/or 5-- limiting ribs --6 and/or 7-- in the distance from the corners of the plate --I-- end. As evident from Fig.3, are in the surface --2-- the insulating clamp --1-- blind hole-like recesses --8-- planned, between which bar --9-- are arranged. The bag-LOCK-like recesses --8-- possess a polygonal, for example a square or sechseckförmigen cross section and are as close together as possible arranged, so that the bars --9-- more thinly than toward extending the insulating clamp --1-- measured width of the recesses --8-- are. The insulating clamp according to invention can be made of foamed polystyrene for example after in the DE-PS Nr.2622903 described Transferverfahren. Around that the insulating clamp --1-- forming material within the range of the bars --9-- between the recesses --3-- to elastifizieren, can be proceeded, as on the basis the Fig.4 to 6 described. The bars --9--, those after the Aufscbäumen of the insulating clamp --1-- a height of H (Fig.4) possess, for example in the cold form of the transfer device in accordance with the DE-PS Nr.2622903 to a height h are consolidated. For example the height of H amounts to originally mm and after consolidating (h) only 5 mm. After in such a way caused Elastifizierung of the bars --9-- by squeezing the same together on the height h (under) the side of the insulating clamp becomes --1-- take again exonerative, so that the bars its final height amounts to H', those for example RST mm. It results that by the descriptive EIastifizierungsverfahren the bars finally possess a height of approximately two thirds of their original height of H, as this is shown in Fig.6.

An insulating panel consisting of synthetic foam, in particular expanded polystyrene, has on its side facing a structural element blind holes, between which webs of the material of the insulating panel are arranged. The webs are pressed together to increase the sound-absorbing properties of the insulating panel. The webs then expand again to a fraction of their original height. As a result, their dynamic rigidity is less than in the remaining region of the insulating panel.

1. Procedure for production of insulating clamps, in particular to sound absorption on solidiums, from foamed plastic, in particular from foamed polystyrene, preferably impact sound insulating boards, facade panel or mounting plate for floor pickling, whereby the insulating clamps are consolidated for improvement of the acoustic insulation, thereby characterized that with insulating clamps, which zuzukehrenden on their the solidium (under) side recesses in the form of blind holes, which exhibit preferably a polygonal, in particular a square or hexagonal cross section, the planned the bars, which are preferably more thinly trained than toward the level of the insulating clamp measured dimension of the recesses, between the recesses, with pressure on those the solidium zuzukehrende (under) side of the insulating clamp transverse to the level of the insulating clamp au£ a given height (h) to be squeezed together and that itself afterwards the bars a fraction (H') their original height (of H) to expand.

2. Procedure according to requirement 1, by characterized that the bars on 20 to 40%, in particular 30%, its original height (H) to be squeezed together and that itself afterwards the bars a height (H') from 50 to 80B, preferably about 66 to 70%, their original height (of H) to expand.
