INTERNAL-COMBUSTION ENGINE
The invention refers to a Brennkraftmasehine, with which a collecting line, like intake air line, is supported cooling water derivative od.dgl., over impact sound-isolating spans at the cylinder head.
It is well-known, for the reduction of the radiated noises of internal-combustion engines sogeS called sound caps to use (AT-PS Nr.330515), i.e. it if possible the whole internal-combustion engine is scolded. Unfavorable hiebei the bad accesibility to the individual parts of the internal-combustion engine and concomitantly the increased technical expenditure are with repairs or maintenance. If the cap is gotten dirty inside by oil, then it comes to a damage of the sound-absorbing lining and even to the fire risk. In addition such boardings restrain the I0 heat dissipation. The exhaust collecting line is possibly an impact sound-isolating medium directly fastened to the cylinder head with this well-known internal-combustion engine by means of screws without span, although it exhibits a relatively large surface and radiates thus a part of the impact sound.
It is already well-known to support collecting lines over impact sound-isolating spans at the IS cylinder head (DE-OS 1918883, FR-PS Nr.2.315.012). It concerns however either one then little stable arrangement that an additional support of the collecting line at the cylinder block is necessary od.dgl, or there is fixing bolts available, so that the impact sound river penetrates despite the flexible spans over the fixing bolts outward. The flexible spans are in all other respects there linked up strongly, which lowers its sound isolation characteristic substantially.
Therefore the invention the task is the basis to create an internal-combustion engine of the initially described kind with which the impact sound radiation is strongly decreased, without for the collecting lines a separate, the accesibility preventing verse resounding to plan to have.
The invention solves the task the posed thereby that the internal-combustion engine in actually exhibits 2S well-known way a sound-absorbing boarding that onto the cylinder head in the range of the channel openings for the guidance of the medium durchbroehene supporting bodies arranged within the collecting line are screwed, on those the collecting line by means of the impact sound-isolating spans, which serve at the same time as poetry and exhibit ring form, are put on and that the collecting line for the direct connection is trained by sound-absorbing formwork parts preferably.
The boarding of the Brennkraftmasehine is meaningful even if a sound radiation is avoided by the collecting line. Since the supporting bodies are directly screwed onto the cylinder head, the impact sound could be radiated from the supporting bodies. This is avoided however thereby that the supporting bodies are arranged within the collecting line, whereby 3S the collecting line serves to a certain extent as boarding for the supporting bodies. The collecting line however cannot radiate the impact sound, since it is put on over the impact sound-isolating spans on the supporting bodies. Into the collecting line no impact sound is thus introduced, why it is also easily possible to train it for the direct connection of sound-absorbing formwork parts. The collecting lines can be implemented as before with ungekapselten internal-combustion engines, so that they do not obstruct the accesibility to the internal-combustion engine. As a result of the ring form of the Zwisehenlagen simple manufacture possibilities arise both for the versions of the impact sound-isolating spans and for these, whereby the Durehbrechungen of the supporting bodies can be trained easily aerodynamically cleanly.
4S in further training of the invention points D [e the supporting bodies at the front side taking off wall of the collecting line with plastic caps od.dgl, locked openings within the range of the fixing bolts up. It is thus the supporting body region outward shielded, yet however the screws can be operated by the openings in the wall of the collecting line, so that it is possible to remove and/or again cultivate the collecting line including the supporting body, without 5D in relation to the conventional assembly additional processing steps to require.
Equivalent large circular spans are according to invention arranged coaxially on both sides the breaking through of the supporting bodies. It is reached by this symmetrical structure that no reaction forces caused with the pressure of the medium within the line arise, which could cause the loosening of the collecting line from the cylinder head.
The ringfSrmigen spans are bonded or vulcanized in place in their versions to have to impair in order to ensure the tightness, without the spans link up and thus in their insulating capacity against impact sound transmission.
In the designs the invention article in a remark example is represented, u.zw shows Fig.1 the cylinder head of an internal-combustion engine with the intake air line in the partial section, Fig.2 a cut after the line II-II of the Fig.1 and Fig.3 a cut after the line III III the Fig.1.
At the cylinder head --1-- an internal-combustion engine are in the range of the openings --2-- the air intake channels --3-- Stützk0rper --4-- by ever two screws --5-- fastened. On these supporting bodies --4-- is the intake air line --6-- over at the same time as poetry serving, circular, impact sound-isolating spans --7, 8-- touched down. From Fig.1 it is evident that the supporting bodies --4-- to the guidance of air to the channel inlet ports --2-- broke through. The two on both sides the breaking through --9-- arranged circular spans --7, 8-- are equally large and lie koaxia! , so that the interior forces waive themselves mutually. The supporting body --4-- becomes front side by the wall --10-- the intake air line --6-- taken off, whereby this wall by plastic covers --11-- locked openings --12-- exhibits, around the fixing bolts --5-- operate to be able. In Fig.2 the connection of sound-absorbing formwork parts of the internal-combustion engine is to the intake air line --6-- dash-dotted suggested. 1. Internal-combustion engine, with which a collecting line, like intake air line, fell cooling water derivative od.dgl., over impact sound-isolating spans at the cylinder head, by the fact characterized that the internal-combustion engine exhibits into actually well-known way a sound-absorbing boarding that at the cylinder head (1) within the range of the channel openings (2) for the guidance of the 2s of medium broken through, within the collecting line (6) arranged supporting bodies (4) is screwed on, on those the collecting line (6) by means of the impact sound-isolating spans (7, 8), which serve at the same time as poetry and exhibit ring form, are put on and that preferably the collecting line (6) for the direct connection of sound-absorbing formwork parts is trained. 2. Internal-combustion engine according to requirement I, by the fact characterized that the supporting bodies (4) at the front side taking off wall (10) of the collecting line (6) with plastic caps od.dgl. (11) locked openings (12) within the range of the fixing bolts (5) exhibits. 3. Internal-combustion engine according to requirement 1, by the fact characterized that on both sides the breaking through (9) the supporting body (4) equivalent large circular spans (7, 8) is coaxially more angeordner. 4. Internal-combustion engine according to requirement 1, by the fact characterized that the circular spans (7, 8) bonded in their versions or einvulkanislert is.
