[1]

The invention goes out from a shower off-load tap changer in a sänitären mixing faucet with a Brauseanschluß.

[2]

Automatic shower off-load tap changers are in such a way designed, daß it after Schließ EN of the mixing valve into the position return automatically, in which the shower outlet is switched off.

[3]

This training of the automatic shower off-load tap changers can be used with the prevention of the back sucking a bath tub filled by waste water from a shower hose lying in with decrease of pressure in the power mains.

[4]

Like that it is already admits (DE-OS 39 39 224), between the mixing valve and the shower off-load tap changer a return brake, for example a Rückfluß those to arrange with decrease of pressure in the power mains a jumping back of an automatic shower off-load tap changer supports. With the well-known solution is the Rückfluß brakes between the mixing valve housing and the armature base in particular at an interface between two mechanically separated, with one another connectable parts of the armature arranged.

[5]

It is already a bath tub filling and a shower battery admits (DE-A1-3505966), to which an off-load tap changer for the tub and shower filling belongs. This off-load tap changer is flanged on. In the exit of the off-load tap changer leading to the tub a ductile rubber element is appropriate, which a Zurücksaugen of the water from the exit leading to the tub is to prevent.

[6]

The invention is the basis the task, a shower off-load tap changer regarding its safety behavior by a Rückfluß brakes to improve.

[7]

For the solution of this task the invention suggests a shower off-load tap changer with the characteristics of the principal claim. Further educations are the subject of the Unteransprüche.

[8]

The shower off-load tap changer is intended for inserting into a sanitary fitting. It can be inserted directly into a sanitary fitting housing. It is however also possible, it into a Anschluß to begin a such housing. Depending upon individual case a Wasserausla&szlig becomes; for example a shower outlet assigned and the other Auslaß for example a tub discharge. It is naturally also possible, daß the shower off-load tap changer for changing over between two showers to be attached can.

[9]

The shower off-load tap changer suggested by the invention can be so trained, daß the return brake only the Zurückfließ EN von Wasser from one of the two discharge openings prevents. This can be sufficient then, if the discharge from a sanitary mixing faucet provided with the shower off-load tap changer is so arranged, daß it under water to stand cannot.

[10]

It can be however in further training also intended, daß the Rückfluß the Zurückflie&szlig brakes; EN von Wasser also from both discharge openings prevents.

[11]

The invention suggests, daß in further training the Rückfluß brakes so arranged to be can, daß it together with the shower off-load tap changer valve an aerator forms.

[12]

Can be for example intended, da&szlig for this; in the shower off-load tap changer an aerator intended is, thus for example a ventilation valve. This can serve both for the ventilation of the shower hose and if necessary for the ventilation of the normal discharge.

[13]

Erfindungsgemäß can be however also intended, daß the Rückfluß brakes in such a manner arranged and trained is daß for the exhaust one of the two discharges serves.

[14]

In further training of the invention can be intended, daß the return brake downstream the shower off-load tap changer valve is arranged.

[15]

The return brake can exhibit a Ventilelement, which cooperates with a valve seat. The Ventilelement can be for example adjustably, so daß opening and Schließ EN of the valve by a shift movement of the Ventilelements, represented by the return brake, happens.

[16]

It is however likewise possible, daß the Ventilelement ductile arranged is so daß the opening and Schließ movement a deformation of the Ventilelementes is.

[17]

The Ventilelement can have go-aged for example in the shower discharge, indifferently whether it concerns thereby an adjustable or ductile Ventilelement.

[18]

It is however likewise possible, daß the Ventilelement at the shower off-load tap changer is go-aged.

[19]

Erfindungsgemäß can be in further training intended, daß the return brake a Ventilelement exhibits, that in Schließ position is subjected. The admission is possible with a feather/spring or also with a self-elasticity of the Ventilelementes.

[20]

Erfindungsgemäß can be intended, daß the Ventilelement the form of a cylindrical apron exhibits. It can concern both a partly tightened Ventilelement, which deforms to open. It can concern in addition, an adjustable Ventilelement.

[21]

Likewise possible it is daß the Ventilelement the form of a diaphragm exhibits, for example with a middle hole, which forms a valve together with a bar of a shower off-load tap changer.

[22]

Likewise possible it is daß the Ventilelement the form of an adjustable plate exhibits.

[23]

The arrangement of a Rückflu&szlig suggested by the invention; brakes as construction unit with a shower off-load tap changer has the advantage, daß the Rückfluß brakes independently of the off-load tap changer works, thus also works if the shower off-load tap changer does not work for example due to counter-pressure. This means, daß the return brake erfindungsgemäß also with a manual shower off-load tap changer to be used can.

[24]

[25]

Fig. 1 shows a horizontal running part of 1 of a sanitary armature, in whose front range a water discharge 2 is arranged.

[26]

Beside the water discharge 2, which is intended for a bath tub for example, is a Anschluß 3 for a shower arranged.

[27]

In the sanitary fitting a horizontal running partition 4 is intended, into which a shower off-load tap changer 5 is inserted, which stands out at the top side of the sanitary fitting out this and exhibits an operating grasp 6 there. The left half of the shower off-load tap changer is drawn in a position, in that the Brauseanschluß 3 with water is supplied, while the right half shows the position, in which the tub discharge 2 with water is supplied.

[28]

From the mixing valve the mixed water arrives toward the arrow 7 at the shower off-load tap changer. Depending upon position of the shower off-load tap changer the water arrives then by the partition 4 either at the tub discharge 2 or at the Brauseanschluß 3. The shower off-load tap changer 5 contains an adjustable valve rod 8, to whose lower end a valve disk 9 is fastened. This valve disk 9 works with the tub discharge assigned a valve seat 10 or with the Brauseanschluß assigned valve seat 11 together.

[29]

In the housing 12 of the shower off-load tap changer 5 a circulating groove is formed in the range of the valve seat 10, in which a Ventilelement 13 with a beginning go-aged. The Ventilelement exhibits the form of a circle-cylindrical apron and consists of elastic material. The apron is in such a way arranged, daß the area between the edge of the opening in the partition 4 and the upper end of the shower connection 3 is sealed by the apron in their undeformed condition.

[30]

Becomes the Brauseanschluß upward switching on and the mixing valve opened, then the apron-like Ventilelement 13 evades to 3 by pulling the shower off-load tap changer 5 radially inward, as this is represented in broken lines, so daß the water unhindered by the Brauseanschluß 3 fließ EN can. With pressed shower off-load tap changer fließ t the water in the same way to the Auslaß 2, whereby also in this case the Ventilelement 3 deforms. A decrease of pressure steps einlaß laterally up, then the Ventilelement 13 deforms back and schließ t the Wassereinlaß off. A Zurücksaugen from waste water becomes from there both from the Brauseanschluß 3 and from the Wannenauslaß 2 prevents. The shower is ventilated in the case of negative pressure over the tub discharge.

[31]

With the execution form after Fig. the shower off-load tap changer 5 is essentially identically trained 2, whereby in this case however the Ventilelement 14 is held in its middle range and itself apron-like upward and extends downward. For to the Wasserauslaß 2 in this case a double return brake is formed for prominent part of the armature 1 by the Ventilelement 14, whereby the deformed condition of the Ventilelementes is likewise in broken lines represented.

[32]

With the execution form of the Fig. the housing 12 of the shower off-load tap changer is arranged 3 in a socket 15, those einschließ lich the shower connection 3 into the sanitary fitting 1 is inserted. The valve seats for the Ventilelement 14 and for the valve of the shower off-load tap changer 5 are trained in this case in the socket 15.

[33]

The area within the Ventilelementes 14 exhibits schematically two aerators 16, which serve 2 for ventilating both the normal tub discharge and the shower connection 3. These ventilation openings can lead both perpendicularly to the layer from the respective chamber or also e.g. along the piston rod 8 or by these through after auß EN lead.

[34]

Fig. 4 shows in vergröß ertem Maß staff a further execution form of a shower off-load tap changer with a Rückfluß brakes. The sanitary fitting 1 is in the same way developed like after the sanitary fitting the Fig. 1. The partition 4, the top side and the lower surface contain in each case an opening, which are concentrically to each other arranged. From downside the housing 12 of the shower off-load tap changer 17 is assigned ago, until it rests with an upper shoulder against the sanitary fitting 1. On the lower end of the housing 12 a socket 18 is postponed, which rests with a rib 19 directed inward against the lower face of the housing 12. From downside is into the socket 18 ago a Anschluß connecting piece 20 for a Brauseanschluß begun and with a Auß close-winds into the lower end of the housing 12 of the shower off-load tap changer 17 screwed in.

[35]

To the conversion between shower outlet and Wannenauslaß a Ventilverschlu&szlig is at the valve rod 8; body 21 fastens, which exhibits a circulating poetry 22. In the middle part of the housing 12 the opening is formed in the partition 4 filling out transverse wall 23 with a central opening. The boundary region of this opening at the lower surface of the transverse wall 23 forms a valve seat cooperating with the poetry 22.

[36]

Above the Ventilverschluß body 21 around a screwing jerk feather/spring 24, which subjects the shower off-load tap changer 17 into a position, extends in which the shower outlet is closed at the valve rod 8.

[37]

The housing 12 of the shower off-load tap changer 17 is fastened by an union nut 25 screwed on from the top side.

[38]

The Ventilverschluß body 21 exhibits a cylindrical, beginning 26 extending into the shower outlet, into whose face a tapped hole is brought. On the cylindrical beginning 26 a Ventilelement 27 with plate form is postponed, which is held under span of a coil spring 28 by a screw 29 screwed in into the tapped hole. The sealing of the Ventilelements 27 opposite the beginning 26 of the Ventilverschluß body 21 takes place via a flexible sealing rim 30 formed at the interior extent.

[39]

Within the upper range of the Anschluß connecting piece 20 a conical narrowing 31 is formed, which forms a valve seat for the Ventilelement 27. The Ventilelement 27 is because of this narrowing surface 31 with its Auß enrand on, if the mixing valve of the sanitary fitting is closed and no water flows in into the represented part of the sanitary fitting 1. As soon as water flows in toward the arrow 7 and is switched the shower off-load tap changers toward the shower, the water pressure forces the Ventilelement away 27 from the valve seat 31, so daß the water then durchfließ EN can. As soon as the pressure nachläß , the Ventilelement 27 develops for t or a negative pressure its valve seat 31 is pressed. This movement of the Ventilelements 27 is independently of the position of the shower off-load tap changer possible. Even if the shower off-load tap changer is not shifted back, the Rückflu&szlig works; brakes.

[40]

The Rückfluß brakes is with the execution form of the Fig. 4 downstream the shower off-load tap changer valve arranged. With this execution form the area is ventilated currentup the off-load tap changer over the tub discharge.

[41]

A further execution form is in Fig. 5 represented, whereby only the lower part is drawn here. The Ventilverschluß body 32 of the shower off-load tap changer, which is in all other respects identical like the shower off-load tap changer 17 the Fig. 4, contains no cylindrical beginning 26. Instead the valve rod is over the lower end of the Ventilverschluß body extends 32 outside. In the Anschluß connecting piece 20 handing part of the valve rod 8 serves 33 as guidance for the Ventilelement planned there. The Ventilelement 33 exhibits the form of a flat disk with guidance beginnings 34, which is led with a middle hole on the valve rod 8. For the sealing opposite the bar an O-ring 35 serves 8. The valve seat, with which the Ventilelement 33 cooperates, is formed again by a cone surface 36 in the connecting piece 20. Against this valve seat 36 the Ventilelement 33 with a further O-ring 37 rests.

[42]

At the end of the valve rod 8 a radial disk 38 is fastened, between and the Ventilelement itself the screwing jerk feather/spring 28 extended, the Ventilelement 33 in the direction of the valve seat 36 subjected. Also with the execution form of the Fig. 5 is the effect of the Rückfluß brakes independently of the position of the shower off-load tap changer 17.

[43]

With the execution form after Fig. 6 is the shower off-load tap changer 17 again the same as with the execution form after Fig. 5 with the only difference, daß the disk 38 is missing. In the Anschluß connecting piece 20 for the shower outlet go-aged in the upper range a ring 39, for example by a circlip 40. The ring 39 exhibits radially inward an arranged groove, in which the Ventilelement 41 is fixed in form of a diaphragm with its boundary region. The diaphragm exhibits itself a central hole 42, in the bar 8 extended. The bar 8 forms thereby the valve seat, with which the membranförmige Ventilelement 41 cooperates. The admission in closed position takes place in this case similarly as with the execution form after the figures 1 to 3 via the self-elasticity of the material of the Ventilelements.

[44]

With the execution form after Fig. the shower off-load tap changer 5 is developed 7 in similar way as with the execution form after the figures 1 to 3. its Ventilverschluß body 43 is however in the Anschluß connecting piece 20 for the Brauseanschluß extended and a hole exhibits 44 in its face. At the front side end the Ventilverschlu&szlig points; body 43 after one auß EN arranged circulating edge 45 up. Over the end a Ventilelement 46 with pot form is put on, which exhibits an edge 47 directed inward within the range of its front side open end. Between each other turned surfaces of the edges 45 and 47 the compression spring 28 is assigned. For the better guidance coaxially within the pot-like Ventilelementes a beginning 48 angeformter, which intervenes in the front side hole 44, serves 46. Again the work by the Ventilelement of the 46 and the shoulder are 49 formed Rückfluß brakes independently of the position of the shower off-load tap changer.

[45]

With the execution form of the Fig. the Ventilelement 46 the same form as with points 8 the execution form after Fig. 7 on with exception of the missing internal beginning 48. Instead the Ventilelement is 46 at the inner wall of the Anschluß connecting piece formed Längsrippen 49 of the Auß enseite ago led. A delimitation in axial direction can either by an later used perforated disk 50 or also by one äuß eren edge 51 to be caused, which cooperates with the ends of the ribs 49.

[46]

In Fig. 9 shower off-load tap changers represented on average is identical in his lower underneath the partition wall 4 arranged range to the execution form of the Fig. 1, so daß this part of the description is not any longer repeated. The housing 12 of the shower off-load tap changer contains a central hollow core 53 in its upper range, by which the control rod 8 extends. At the core 53 a disk 54 from elastic material is fastened, those is easily linked up and with their Auß enrand on a circulating shoulder 55 of the off-load tap changer housing 12 rests upon. The shower off-load tap changer is in left in Fig. 9 represented position, so daß the water to the right Wasserauslaß one leads, then the water pressure takes the disk off 54 from the shoulder 55, so daß the water the opening 56 to flow through can. With a decrease of pressure schließ t not only the element 13 as with the execution form after Fig. 6, but also the rubber washer 54.

[47]

Auß erhalb the core 53 a hollow annular space 57 is formed, which leads across individual drillings 58 and an annular space surrounding the shank 8 into the free. Thus a ventilation takes place right in Fig. 9 of represented discharge, with which it can concern for example a discharge lying underneath a water surface. In the case of opening, i.e. with disk 54 deformed upward, this lies with its Auß enrand at one the shoulder 55 opposite shoulder 59 on, so daß withdrawing water by the annular space 57 and the openings 58 is prevented likewise reliably.
