The invention concerns a means for conserving wood and timber materials, consisting of more than 50 Gew. - %, preferably more than 72 Gew. - o, a heavyvolatile oily or oil-like organic-chemical solvent or solvent mixture with a Verdunstungszahl over 35 and a flash point over 30°C, 0.3 to 7 Gew. - %, preferably 0.5 to 4 Gew. - %, in the organic-chemical heavyvolatile oily or oil-like solvent or solvent mixture with a Verdunstungszahl over 35 and a flash point over 30°C and/or in the assigned bonding agent and/or bonding agent mixture soluble an insecticide or an insecticide mixture and/or 0.5 to 10 Gew. - %, preferably 1 to 7 Gew. - %, in the organic - chemical a heavyvolatile oily or oil-like solvents with a Verdunstungszahl over 35 and a flash point over 30°C and/or in the assigned bonding agent and/or bonding agent mixture of soluble fungicide or fungicide mixture, as well as one in the heavyvolatile oily or oil-like organic-chemical solvent or solvent mixture with a Verdunstungszahl over 35 and a flash point over 30°C of dispersable, preferably soluble bonding agent and/or bonding agent mixture as well as a further Zusatzmittets or additive mixture. Further the invention concerns a procedure for the production of the wood preservative with a certain viscosity. The well-known oily or oil-like wood preservation center! , for example on the basis of mineral oil as solvents, low viscose rayon of oils is, those depending upon wood and/or timber material (for example in Kiefernsplintholz), a certain penetrating power exhibits. However Spritzverfahren, the small order quantity per processing step has an unfavorable effect during the surface treatment of wood or timber materials, for example in the caper, Walzoder. Like that is with wood preservatives on test gasoline basis (boiling range 140 to 215°C) the order quantity, i.e. the applied quantity of the wood preservative per unit area, for example on gehobeltern wood, per processing step with 0,050 to 0.080 kg/m2 very small. In order to receive a sufficient wood preservation, higher order quantities are necessary in many areas of application. From there certain regulations, e.g. in the Federal Republic of Germany also already exist to become fair the DIN of 68800 wood preservatives in the above ground construction ", according to which for the preventive wood preservation depending upon wood strength substantially higher order quantities are necessary, in order this requirement in several countries. By the demanded increased order quantity, for example from over 0,200 kg/m2 to about 0.300 kg/m2, would be necessary with planed wood a 4bis 5malige surface treatment with a normal wood preservative. Hiedurch are necessary labor-consuming and expensive procedure measures. It is already well-known, in Lackund printing inks of Montmorillonit derivatives as Thixotropierungsmittel to use (Römpp, chemistry encyclopedia, 1972, page 328). From the DE-OS 2454531 further a biocide a preparation, which is intended for the wood preservation, is well-known, that essentially from 5 to 50 parts oils or synthetic resins, 0 to 6 parts pigments, 1 to 10 parts biocides substances and 40 to 85 parts of a usual solvent on oil basis or a mixture of such solvents as well as in addition 2 to 20 Gew. - % N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidon, related to which sum of the other components exists. As can be taken from the data in the DE-OS 2454531, by use of resins, for example alkyd resins, in fungizidhaltigen wood preservatives the penetration of the active substances into the wood is restrained. In accordance with this literature place from there an additive must take place from N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidon for the avoidance of this disadvantage. A goal and task of the invention were it to find a very effective means for conserving from wood and timber materials to that permitted, to apply if possible in only one processing step the desired and/or the demanded order quantities on the surface of the wood and/or the timber materials. In the context of the invention the smell handicap, which during the processing and/or application of wood preservatives on the basis of oily or oil-like solvents arises frequently, should be decreased. - Further a wood preservative should be developed in the context of the invention, which can decrease also the natural pouring of the wood to a certain extent. Finally it should be obtained that the wood preservative remains sticking well to the surface of the wood or the timber materials and results in a decorative surface. The penetrating power the fungicides and/or insecticides of the active substances of the wood preservative should not be decreased, as even as possible improved. In the context of the invention numerous attempts with different wood preservatives on the basis of oily or oil-like organic-chemical solvents were accomplished. In the attempts thereby among other things means were tested for conserving wood or timber materials, those using more than 50 Gew. - %, preferably more than 72 Gew. - %, a heavyvolatile oily or oil-like solvent, fungicides and/or insecticides active substances as well as source means were manufactured. As source means thereby actually in Lackund printing ink industry admitted source means, e.g. Montmorillonite and/or source clay/tone, by way of trial begun. With these attempts it was however stated that such wood preservatives do not exhibit sufficient adhesion, so that after the Auftrocknen a more or less unattractive layer remained frequently, which even crumbled in some cases. Further attempts were accomplished, with which wood preservatives were used, those from more than 50 Gew. - %, preferably more than 72 Gew. - %, a heavyvolatile, oily or oil-like, organic-chemical solvent, fungicides and/or insecticides active substances as well as a bonding agent and/or thixotropierenden bonding agents existed. However the desired order quantity could not be obtained with these attempts. Also the smell handicap could not be decreased. It was stated according to invention that these goals and tasks a means for conserving wood and timber materials, consisting of more than 50 Gew. - %, preferably more than 72 Gew. - %, a heavyvolatile oily or oil-like organic-chemical solvent or solvent mixture with a Verdunstungszahl over 35 and a flash point over 30°C, 0.3 to 7 Gew. - %, preferably 0.5 to 4 Gew. - %, in the organic-chemical heavyvolatile oily or oil-like solvent or solvent mixture with a Verdunstungszahl over and a flash point over 30°C and/or in the assigned bonding agent or Bindemittelgcmisch soluble an insecticide or an insecticide mixture and/or 0.5 to 10 Gew. - %, preferably 1 to 7 Gew. - %, in the organic-chemical heavyvolatile oily or oil-like solvent or solvent mixture with a Verdunstungszahl over 35 and a flash point over 30°C and/or, a preferably soluble bonding agent and/or bonding agent mixture dispersable in the assigned bonding agent or bonding agent mixture of soluble fungicide or fungicide mixture, as well as one in the heavyvolatile oily or oil-like organic-chemical solvent or solvent mixture with a Verdunstungszahl over 35 and a flash point over 30°C as well as a further additive or additive mixture, becomes fair. This wood preservative contains after the invention 3 to 15 Gew. - %, preferably 4 to Gew. - %, the bonding agent and/or bonding agent mixture (computes as solid or solvent-free bonding agent and related to 100 Gew. - % of the finished wood preservative) and as additive 3 to! 0 Gew. - %, preferably 4 to 7 Gew. - % (related to 100 Gew. - % of the finished wood preservative), a purify-hasty, inorganic and/or purify-hasty organic source means or Que! Imittelgemi, whereby the weight ratio of the assigned bonding agent and/or bonding agent mixture amounts to the source means and/or source central mixture 4:1 to 1:3,3, preferably 2:1 to 1:1,3. It is important to keep the indicated weight quantities as well as the weight ratios. For example if the portion of the bonding agent and/or bonding agent mixture is lowered under the indicated relationship to the source means, then the danger exists that the wood preservative does not exhibit sufficient adhesion or after drying the means sandige and/or unattractive surfaces and/or enter under certain conditions a reduction of the effectiveness of the preservative can develop. Against it if the portion of the source means in relation to the assigned bonding agent is lowered under the indicated weight ratios, then the desired order quantities no more can be received to the same extent. A reduction of the smelling nuisance cannot be obtained then likewise in the desired measure. As bonding agent the wood preservative linseed oil varnish contains and/or in the oily or oil-like solvent and/or solvent mixture soluble resins and/or resin mixtures, preferably on the basis of alkyd resins and/or modified alkyd resins, polyacrylates, polypropylene chloride, copolymers of the vinyl chloride and/or hydrocarbon resins or their mixtures. Also different, preferably soluble dispersable in the oily or oil-like solvent and/or solvent mixture, resins, e.g. phenolic resins and/or Inden Cumaronharze can be used. The BindemitteI is caused to a dispersion (emulsion or suspension) with the production in finely divided form, for example in form, preferably in form of a solution. After a particularly favourable execution form oil-modified and/or PU-modified alkyd resins used. ! 0 it was further stated that the weight ratio of the solvent and/or solvent mixture should amount to the source means and/or source central mixture 10:1 to 25:1, preferably 13:1 to 20:1. With consideration of the indicated weight ratios it is obtained at the same time that the wood preservative penetrates well into the wood. If necessary are in the means according to invention 0.1 to 7 Gew. - % of the heavyvolatile, oily or oil-like, organic-chemical solvent or solvent mixture with a Verdunstungszahl over 35 and a flash point over 30°C by the same quantity of a more leichtoder centralvolatile organic-chemical solvent and/or solvent mixture, which is soluble in the oily or oil-like solvent or solvent mixture, and/or by the same quantity one or several softeners and/or adjustment means replaced, which is soluble and/or is and/or in the oily or oil-like solvent and/or solvent mixture, under the condition that the received mixture and/or the received solvent mixture likewise exhibits a Verdunstungszahl over 35 and a flash point over 30°C. After a particularly appropriate execution form become as more leichtoder centralvolatile organic-chemical solvents and/or. Solvent mixtures hydrophilic solvents and/or solvent mixtures, which are soluble in the oily or oil-like organic-chemical solvent or solvent mixture, preferably more einoder multi-valued alcohols with 1 to 7 C-atoms and/or ethers, preferably glycol ethers and/or esters and/or Ketone uses. Appropriately methanol, ethanol, n-Propanol or isopropanol, benzyle alcohol, butyl acetate, ethylene glycol acetate or methylethylketone or a mixture of two or several of these connections as hydrophilic solvents are used. Thereby 0.5 to 3 Gew are preferred. - % of the oily or oil-like organic-chemical solvent or solvent mixture by the hydrophilic solvent and/or solvent mixture replaces. With this execution form expansion capacity can be improved depending upon choice of the source means its. As Que! lmittel and/or source central mixture pourable inorganic purify-hasty and/or organic source means, preferably purify-hasty source clay/tone, Montmori become in the oily or oil-like, organic-chemical solvent or solvent mixture or in a part of the solvent mixture! lonite, Silicagele, Aluminiumstearat, Calciumstearat, magnesium stearate, hardened Ricinusöl or mixtures of several Que! lmitteln uses. After a preferential execution form thereby the source means and/or source central mixture (before its addition to the solvent and/or solvent mixture) exhibits a middle particle size from 1 to 30 m, preferably to 4 to 20 m. By the wood preservative according to invention as well as by the procedure for the production of the wood preservative it becomes possible, preservatives on oily or oil-like basis for wood or timber materials with a viscosity from about 300 to 4000 cP (measured with 20°C), preferably 1500 to 3000 cP (measured with 20°C) to begin and/or manufacture. By the adherence to of the indicated weight quantities and weight ratios succeeds achieving a such viscosity of the wood preservative so that it can be e.g. laid on for example in the caper procedure favourably also in the Spritzverfahren using actually well-known devices, Airlessgeräte, spray guns, printing syringes etc. or in the rolling procedure on the wood in a processing step. With several attempts could be sprayed on for example in a processing step 0.300 to 1.000 kg/m the wood preservative, whereby the wood preservative could be applied and/or sprayed on also at perpendicularly standing planed surfaces, without it ran off. Also at very high order quantities, for example at order quantities of 1,000 kg/m2 of the preservative, decoratively working surfaces could be obtained. While in the preliminary tests it had to be stated that with a too large resin portion or with the complete omission of the bonding agent unattractive surfaces on the wood became to receive, forms with the wood preservative according to invention a smooth surface, which forms a visible thin film at higher order quantities, for example over 0,600 kg/m2. Despite the use of the source means and/or the Quellmittelgemisehes and the bonding agent and/or resin additive surprisingly with the adherence to the Gel0 mentioned of yielding conditions the penetration of the means into the wood was not impaired. As further additives adjustment means and/or softeners can be added to the wood preservative. As adjustment means and/or softeners before ällem such connections are used, which are to affect an evaporation of the active substances and/or a crystallization and/or a precipitation the same as softeners the assigned bonding agents or to prevent those additionally. Preferably a) softener, e.g. alkyl, becomes Aryloder Aralkylphthalate, preferably Dibutyl, Dioctylund Benzylbutylphthalate; Phosphoric acid ester, preferably Tributylphospha; Adipate, for example Di (2-äthylhexyl) - adipat; Stearate and oleates, e.g. Alkylstearate or alkyl oleates, preferably Butyloleat, Butylstearat or Amylstearat; Until - (dimethylbenzyl) - ethers, p-Toluolsulfonsäureäthylester, Glycerinester, Glycerinäther or high-molecular glycol ether and/or b) adjustment means on the basis of Ketonen and/or Polyvinylalkyläthern, e.g. Ketone with alkyl, Aryloder Aralkylgruppen, preferably Benzophenon, Äthylbenzophenon; Polyvinylalkyläther, preferably Polyvinylmethyläther, uses. As organic heavyvolatile oily or oil-like solvents with a Verdunstungszahl over 35 and a flash point above 30°C, above 45°C, favourably water-insoluble or hardly water-soluble solvents are preferably used. As such solvents appropriate mineral oils or their aromatic parliamentary groups or mineralölhaltige solvent mixtures, test gasoline, petroleum, gas oil and/or alkyl benzene etc. are preferably used. Preferably mineral oils with a boiling range from 170 to 220°C, test gasoline with a boiling range from 170 to 220°C, spindle oil with a boiling range from 250 to 350°C, petroleum and/or aromatics of the boiling range 160 to 280°C, turpentine oil u.dgI, to the employment arrive. Additionally can be used actually well-known coloring materials, pigments, in particular purify-hasty Pigmentpasten, water-rejecting means, Geruchskorrigentien and inhibitors and/or corrosion protection agent, marking means u.dgl. Since the wood preservative according to invention actually works very strongly hydrophobierend, an additional use of water-rejecting means is generally not necessary. In special cases however those can actually admitted to water-rejecting means among other things waxes, wool grease u.dgl, in weight quantities from 0,2 to 5 Gew. - %, preferably 0.5 to 2 Gew. - %, related to the Holzsehutzmittel, use find. As marking means for example organic lithium connections or cadmium connections can be used. After an execution form becomes 0.01 to 0.03 Gew. - % of an organic and oil-soluble lithium connection uses. A further advantage of this medium viscous according to invention to very viscous Holzsehutzmittels is the possibility of receiving a lasierenden painting with Pigmentpasten, which can be introduced if possible during production in addition, before the processing. Possibly arising Korrosionserscheinungen at iron and non-ferrous metals, which come with the wood preservative into contact, can be prevented by addition of Korrosionssehutzmitteln, e.g. almond acid and/or Benzotriazol as inhibitor. After this execution form the Benzotriazol and/or the almond acid in weight quantities from 0,01 to 0.5 becomes fiew. - %, preferably 0.05 to 0.1 Gew. - %, assigned. As insecticides see on admitted, in the oily and/or oil-like organiseh chemical solvents and/or solvent mixtures of soluble insecticides and/or insecticide mixtures used, e.g. Carbamate, insecticide the effective chlorinated hydrocarbons and phosphoric acid esters, preferably the insecticide effective Alkoxyphenyl N ALKYL carbamate and/or Alkylphenyl - N-alkyl-carbamate and/or halogenierte or halogeneous-group-free Thiophosphors more äureester and/or. - phosphonic acid esters, as well as y-Hexachlorcyclohexan (Lindan). Used as fungicides of active substances those actually admitted in the oily or oil-like organic-chemical solvents and/or solvent mixtures soluble fungicides. Regarding the fungicides the active substances it resulted that these are to be begun depending upon kind the fungicide in different concentrations. In an execution form 3 to I0 10 Gew became. - %, preferably 4 to 7 Gew. - Chlorine phenol, preferably Pentaund/or Tetrachlorphenol, when fungicide uses. In another execution form the fungicides the l-Trityl was used - l, 2,4-triazole in the wood preservative. Particularly good effects became using the Bisphenyl (8-trifluormethylphenyl) - l - (l, 2,4-triazolyl) - methane obtained for conserving wood and timber materials. One preferably execution form consists of that one replaces the aforementioned active substance totally or partly by another fungicide or fungicide mixture. As such one preferably uses the N, n-Dimethyl-N' phenyl N' fluordichlormethylthio sulfamid the formula (CH 3) 2 N-SO 2 - I-S-CC 12 F and/or N-Fluordichlormethylthio-phthalimid the formula COi-S-cFCI2 after an execution form one proceeds thereby in such a way that one the first mentioned active substance up to 80 Gew. - %, preferably up to 50 Gew. - %, by another fungicide or a fungicide mixture, replaces. Such mixtures are suitable in particular for the simultaneous fight against wood-destructive mushrooms and wood-discolouring mushrooms, as e.g. the blue stain mushrooms. It is also possible, others in the organic-chemical heavyvolatile to use oily or oil-like solvents with a Verdunstungszahl of over 35 and a flash point of over 30°C soluble fungicides or mixtures of these with the aforementioned fungicides so e.g. fungicides oil-soluble Naphthenate, preferably Zinkund/or Kupfernaphthenate; 8-Oxychinolin and/or its fungicides oil-soluble salts or derivatives, preferably Phenylquecksilber-8 - oxychinolat; fungicides connections and/or derivatives or mixtures of Chlorphenolen, preferably connections or mixtures of Pentaund/or Tetrachlorphenol with heavyvolatile amines, e.g. Rosinamin (Dehydroabietylamin); Nitrophenole and/or Nitroehlorphenole and/or Nitrochlorbenzole, in particular I, 2-Dinitrotetrachlorbenzol and/or Benzimidazol-2-carbamids äure methylester and/or oil-soluble fungicide effective metalliferous organic compounds, e.g. of copper, zinc, manganese, cobalt, chrome or mercury, e.g. in the form of Caprylaten, Naphthenaten, oleates u.dgl.; fungicides of salts N-Nitroso-N-cyclohexylhydroxylamins, preferably the aluminum salt N-Nitroso-N-cyclohexylhydroxylamins and/or N-Trichlormethylthiotetrahydro-phthalimid. When using some the aforementioned along-used fungicides, e.g. with the use N-Nitroso-N-cyclohexylhydroxylamins and/or the aluminum salt of the N-Nitroso - N-cyclohexylhydroxylamins it must be considered however that these fungicides connections are suitable for certain wood and/or wood fungi only. In the fungicide mixtures also tar oil distillates and/or tar oils can be partly along-used. After a particularly favourable execution form the wood preservative contains 0.5 to 7 Gew. - %, preferably 2 to 4 Gew. - %, an insecticide mixture, consisting of at least one in a organic-chemical heavyvolatile oily or oil-like solvent with a Verdunstungszahl over 35 and a flash point over 30°C soluble insecticides Alkoxyphenyl n - alkylcarbamat and/or Alkylphenyl N alkylcarbamat and at least one in an organic - chemical heavyvolatile oily or oil-like solvents with a Verdunstungszahl over and a flash point over 30°C soluble insecticides halogenierten or halogeneous-free Thiophosphorsäureester and/or insecticides Thionophosphorsäureester and/or insecticides Thionophosphonsäureester of the general formula S CN whereby in the formula R an alkyl residue with 1 to 4 C-atoms, R2 an alkyl residue or a one: “Alkoxy group with 1 to 4 C-atoms or a Phenylrest and a R3 a Phenylrest or a one by 1 to 3 halogen atoms or by low Alkyloder alkoxy groups substituted Phenylrest mean, whereby in the insecticide mixture the Carbamat and/or Carbamatgemisch to the Thiophosphorsäureester and/or Thionophosphorsäureester and/or Thionophosphonsäureester or - mixture in the weight ratio 3:1 to 1:3, preferably 1:0,75 to 1:2, is contained. Preferred if the insecticide mixture contains Alkoxyphenyl N alkylcarbamat of the general formula O 0 RI-C-Nh-RI and/or Alkylphenyl N alkylcarbamat the general formula O O-C-Nh-RI where for g 1 an alkyl residue with 1 to 4 C-atoms, preferably a methyl remainder stands in each case and for R2 an alkyl residue with 1 to 5 C-atoms, preferably an alkyl residue with 3 or 4 C-atoms, stands. As halogenierter or halogeneous-free Thionophosphorsäureester preferably becomes an ester of the formula (shark) S CN O, O-Diäthyl-o (A-cyanbenzylidenamino) - thionophosphat and/or (Diäthoxythiophosphoryloximino) -2-chlorphenylacetonitril uses. A mixture becomes appropriate consisting of 2-Isopropoxyphenyl-N-methylcarbamat and/or Butylphenyl N methylcarbamat and insecticides, preferably halogenierten or halogeneous-free Thionophosphorsäureester of the formula (Hal) S CN C2H sOj O, O-Diäthyl-o (A - cyanbenzylidenamino) - thionophosphat and/or (Diäthoxythiophosphoryloximino) -2-chlorphenylacetonitril assigned. The invention concerns further a procedure for the production of a means for conserving wood and timber materials, consisting of more than 50 Gew. - %, preferably more than 72 Gew. - %, a heavyvolatile oily or oil-like organic-chemical solvent or solvent mixture with a Verdunstungszahl over 35 and a flash point over 80°C, 0.3 to 7 Gew. - %, preferably 0.5 to 4 Gew. - %, in the organic-chemical heavyvolatile oily or oil-like solvent or solvent mixture with a Verdunstungszahl over and a flash point over 30°C and/or in the assigned bonding agent or bonding agent mixture soluble an insecticide or an insecticide mixture and/or 0.5 to 10 Gew. - %, preferably 1 to 7 Gew. - %, in the organic-chemical heavyvolatile oily or oil-like solvent or solvent mixture with a Verdunstungszahl over 35 and a flash point over 30°C and/or, a preferably soluble bonding agent and/or bonding agent mixture dispersable in assigned the bonding agent or bonding agent mixture of soluble fungicide or fungicide mixture one in the heavyvolatile oily or oil-like organic-chemical solvent or solvent mixture with a Verdunstungszahl over 35 and a flash point over 30°C as well as a further additive or additive mixture. In the procedure according to invention the viscosity in an actually well-known way of the manufactured wood preservative becomes by causing from 3 to 10 Gew. - %, preferably 4 to 7 Gew. - %, a purify-hasty inorganic and/or organic source means or source central mixture (computes as solid) and a 3 to 15 Gew. - %, preferably 4 to 10 Gew. - % of the bonding agent and/or bonding agent mixture (computes as solid) on 300 to 4000 cP (measured with 20°C), preferably 1500 to 3000 cP (measured with 20°C), adjusted, whereby at temperatures between 10 and 65°C and is added if necessary a portion of a hydrophilic solvent, softener or a softener mixture, and/or an adjustment means works.
