The invention concerns a procedure and a device for the execution of the same for the continuous production einoder several times bent Glasbandes, in particular from Bauprofllglas, with or without Stahilisierungselementen, in particular such from wire or wire mesh. It is to be achieved by the invention that the assortment at glass pro EN extended, whose quality in particular regarding the dimensional accuracy, surface quality and optical characteristics improves as well as the work time necessary for the production are shortened and thus the manufacturing costs are lowered. It is already well-known to convert from a melting furnace continuously out-flowing frit in a rolling procedure by a pair of rollers to a flat Glasband of even strength and width to then form this in still ductile condition by bending mechanisms in several stages to the cross section of the strand profile which can be manufactured nnd in such a way manufactured Strangprof'd afterwards in a cooling furnace on ambient temperature to cool down. Further it is well-known to roll in for the improvement of the mechanical characteristics of the Strangprof'fles into the still ductile Glasband of wires or wire meshes. For the execution of a such procedure there are already different devices. Like that it is well-known to arrange itself behind the pair of rollers serving for the production of the Glasbandes lüntereinandergeschaltete, first flat, then the cross section which can be manufactured ever more approaching guidance supports or adjustable guide sheaves which transport equipment leading formed from roles by the cooling furnace follows. It consisted now the task to develop a procedure and a device for the execution of the same which it makes possible, the rolling speed for the production of an endless Strangpro£tles of glass without occurrence of inadmissible tensions, dependent on the optimal achievement of the Sehmelzaggregates to arrange. According to invention this takes place by means of that directly before caliber of a pair of rollers by guidance in a collecting channel the caliber similar larger training is formed more exhibiting and an approximately constant pressure on the same exercising glass surplus and the cross section of the einoder several times bent G1asbandes is made directly of the Glasäbersehuß in a rolling procedure by the pair of rollers, whereby at the rollers the glass temperature is lowered directly on a temperature sufficient for the preservation of the manufactured more einoder several times bent Glasbandes, and after the rolling procedure einoder several times bent Glasband in still ductile condition is kept stable and arranged with arising deformations. By the procedure according to invention a substantial increase of the V¢alzgesehwindigkeit is and thus an important increase of the Arbeitsprodukfivität possible, since the strand profile is finished directly from the still liquid frit in a face procedure. In addition an extension of the assortment at Glasprufihn is possible when simultaneous improvement the quality, since without difficulties in each direction examinations and Pruißierungen of the Strangpro£ are possible hs.
