The invention refers to a bus with a drive block consisting of engine, clutch and transmission and a flywheel memory coupled with the transmission over a connecting shaft. The advantages of the installation of a flywheel memory into a bus, in particular into such, which is used in the line enterprise, are sufficiently well-known. A substantial problem with the installation of such flywheel memory into buses consists of arranging the drive block and the flywheel in such a way that the transport area of the bus is not impaired, on the other hand in addition, the entire length of the bus by the use of a Sehwungradspeichers is not increased. At the same time the demand is to be fulfilled that the flywheel memory may not be too far far away to RST from the Antriebsblocko on the other hand also not too near because of it, since otherwise the power transmission from the drive block becomes in reverse too complex to the flywheel and. During well-known arrangements the drive block lies generally in vehicle longitudinal direction behind the rear axle and the flywheel memory before the rear axle. Thus inadmissibly much building area in the bus is used and the distance of the Sehwungradspeicher to the drive block becomes relatively large. From the DE-OS 2444564 a power supply unit is preferably well-known for motor vehicles, with which the flywheel memory between Antriebsbloek and rear axle is inserted. During this arrangement the flywheel memory lies coaxially to the engine and to the transmission, so that nevertheless substantial building area in longitudinal direction of the vehicle is needed. Task of the invention is it to create as space saving an arrangement of a drive block and a Sehwungradspeiehers in a bus as possible. For the solution of this task it is suggested according to invention that in actually well-known way of the Ant iebsblock is crosswise arranged behind the rear axle and leads from the transmission-lateral end of the drive block a Winkeltrieb with cardan shaft to the axle center transmission of the rear axle and that the flywheel memory is built in the angle angle between drive block and rear axle. The main advantage of this arrangement according to invention consists of the fact that the rear overhang of the bus, which is the overall length from the rear axle to the rear edge of the vehicle, be kept very small can, which in the practical driving of advantage is. A further advantage of this arrangement consists of it that in this range of the bus the bus ground lies anyway as a rule more highly than in lVlittelteil the bus, so that hiedurch straight still sufficiently overall height is present, in order to be able to accommodate a Sehwungradspeieher, without letting thereby the clearance of the bus become too small. Further training of the invention consists of that the Verbindungswe! le to the flywheel memory for instance in the same horizontal plane is as the Winkeltrieb and the cardan shaft to the axle center transmission and in this level between 10 and 30° against the cardan shaft is bent. This arrangement of the Schwungradspeiehers is of advantage special, because the Sehwungrad comes to lie thereby in the angle angle between the Antriebsbloek and from this outgoing drive strand to the axle center transmission. Hiedurch is obtained within the close borders a greatest possible distance between Sehwungrad and the Ansehlußpunkt of the same, the available, to the transmission of the drive block and as a result of it arises a relatively large length of the cardan shaft for the flywheel memory, which in as much of importance is as thereby the Kardanwinkel, which arises with practical driving, can be kept small. In the design a remark example of a bus according to invention is schematically represented. In the design, which represents a schematisehen sketch of the Heekteiles of a bus, is the bus circumscribing body wall also --1-- designated. At an end of a Antriebsbloeks consisting of engine, clutch and transmission --2--, which is arranged at the rear end of the bus, is a Winkeltrieb --3--, of from a cardan shaft --4-- to an axle center transmission --5-- the rear axle --6-- the Omnihusses leads. In the angle angle between the drive block --2-- and the Kardanwelie --4-- is a Sehwungradspeicher --7--, that over a second Kardanweile --8-- with a Nebenabtrieb --9-- the transmission of the drive block --2-- is connected. The second cardan shaft --8-- is for instance in the same horizontal plane as the Winkeltrieb --3-- and the Kardanwelie --4--. It is opposite the cardan shaft --4-- around a small angle bent, so that itself for the distance between flywheel --7-- and the transmission of the drive block --2-- a maximum distance results in.

An omnibus including a drive block constituted of an engine, clutch and transmission, in which the drive block is arranged so as to transversely extend behind the rear axle of the omnibus. An angle drive leads from driving end of of the drive block to the center axle drive on the rear axle, and in which a flywheel energy accumulator is installed intermediate the drive block and the rear axle.
