The invention concerns a device for making portions of determined weight consisting of several disks of a gumptionable output product, in particular for manufacturing 0.5 kg cutting bread portions which can be packed from bread loaves, with a Zuförderer for the output product, at whose head section a gumption mechanism is arranged, with a photograph mechanism arranged within the range of the longing oath mechanism for respective taking up of the disks at least one portion, with weighing equipment, controllable concerning its feed speed, for respective balancing of a portion, by means of which the feed speed of the Zuförderers is to be steered, and with a Abförderer to the Abfördern of the weighed portions. Such devices for cutting in particular food such as bread, cheese, Wurstund F! eischwaren etc. find for example in plants for the creation of portioniertem cut bread use. With other output products the gumption achievement is even partially still considerably higher. In the literature for the execution of the procedure with changeable disk strength, described above in second place, a stacker was suggested, which collects the cut disks on a shovel and/or stacks and which pile puts down then on a Abförderer, if the Schneidmesser of the gumption mechanism cut the last disk of the portion and these on the pile is put down. In addition automatic segregating of unsuitable disks (e.g. Knustscheiben) should be feasible with the device according to invention, whereby a usefulness of the device according to invention for output products of most different form should be possible regarding height, width and outlining form at the same time, so that for example so-called box bread and so-called free-pushed bread are to also have to be processed the same device.
