HAND BASKET

The invention concerns a stackable hand basket with supporting elements after the generic term of the patent claim 1 of the registration.

Such a hand basket is from the international publication writing WHERE 2005/104895 admits. This describes a stackable hand basket manufactured from single wires, which exhibits two supporting elements. These are arranged at the side panels in each case and from only one wire in an educated manner. Each end of the supporting elements exceeds horizontal over the front walls bordering on the side panels and forms a loop.

Further EAS labels so called are well-known from the state of the art. These serve for the electronic article protection and/or for the theft protection. Here the commodity which can be secured is provided in each case with an adhesive label or a hard so called day. In the cash or output section of a market are appropriate systems, which release alarm if for example a customer with the safety device label up to a certain distance approaches. The labels are removed or deactivated from there with the purchase at the cash.

The most common EAS technologies are today radio frequency (RF), electrical Magnetik (EM) and Akusto Magnetik (TO).

A Akusto magnetic system, which is intended preferably at the exit of a market, produces, in order to detect the EAS labels, an electromagnetic field in the monitored area of the antennas. From the transmitter a pulsating proceeds signal, which supplies energy to a EAS label, which is in the monitored area. In the breaks between the individual transmission impulses the label in the same frequency answers and in such a way by the receiver “is heard”. This is possible by the condition of the label. If the label approaches a detection field so called, it begins to swing. These oscillations last longer than the actual transmission impulse and can be noticed thus by the receiver.

Are used alternatively adhesive labels or hard so called tags, which can be used several times.

Also metallic goods or articles can become secured by means of Akusto Magnetik.

In markets it occurs again and again that beside articles also hand baskets are stolen.

The task of the invention consists from there of pointing an improved hand basket out with which this problem is prevented.

The invention solves the task with the characteristics in the principal claim. the arrangement of such a housing with a label - e.g. a EAS label - at each basket causes an alarm, as soon as a basket approaches by the systems up to a certain distance, planned in the output section.

The loop, which forms the end of the supporting element, already planned at the basket, serves as the admission of the label, e.g. a EAS label.

By the two-piece form of the housing and an admission in one of the two parts, the label is exchangeable in simple way.

The area, that by the loop is not formed can meaningfully be used and represents for the customer or the personnel impairment.

The housing is to be arranged place saving - and also later - in one the loop already planned in a basket.

The invention concerns one, as in the international publication writing WHERE 2005/104895 represented, stackable hand basket.

It is a stackable, hand basket 1, as it finds to self-service business use in markets, manufactured from individual wires 2, in particular. A carrying handle 3 is intended, which is movably stored in two mounting plates 4. The mounting plates 4 are ever at one opposite lying side panel 5. the hand basket exhibit themselves supporting elements 6, which are manufactured from a part preferably. The ends of 7 of the supporting elements 6 stand out over a basket wall 8. All ends of 7 exhibit the same form, the form of a loop. Such an end is exemplarily in the figures 1a to 3 represented. Into each of the four ends of 7 a housing 9 is applicable. The housing 9 is intended for the admission of a label. The figures 1 A and 1 b show both the housing 9, which is inserted into the end of 7. The housing 9 is in particular formed in its triangle form, in such a manner in its form, that it fills out the end of 7 of the supporting element 6. The housing 9 exhibits a groove 14, in which the wire 2 of the loop 7 stores. Slipping or a loosening of the housing 9 is thereby prevented.

Figure 2 shows the cover 11 of the housing 9, figure 3 represents the ground 10 of the housing 9. Cover 11 and ground 10 store in each case in the loop 7th covers 11 and ground 10 exhibit the same triangle form. Cover 11 and ground 10 are racable.

The cover 11 exhibits drillings 15. A number of three proved as meaningful. The drillings 15 serve as admission in Fig. 3 represented rest means 12. By pressing both parts of cover 11 together and ground 10 they are changeable connected. Further the cover 11 exhibits an admission 13. This admission 13 is intended for a label. The size of the admission 13 depends on the size of the label. The label is not more near represented. The admission 13 serves with priority the admission of a EAS label, it could also for another kind of a label serve. The cover 11 exhibits a groove 14 at its internal wall. This depends in its size on the strength of the wire 2.

The ground 10 exhibits rest means 12. In addition, a number of three rest means 12 proved as meaningful, it is conceivable another number. Each rest means 12 is preferably arranged at one of the three corner points, whereby oppositely the drillings 15 of the cover 11 are intended.

The ground 10 exhibits a groove 14 likewise at its internal wall. This depends in its size on the strength of the wire 2.

Further a number of recesses 17 is intended in the ground 10. These serve 10 at senkrechten wires 2 of the side panel 5 of the basket 1, the size of these recesses 17 for arranging the ground are in dependence of the strength of these wires 2 to be planned.

The ground 10 exhibits retaining means 16. These hold the label in its position in the admission 13 of the cover 11. The length of such a retaining means 16 is to be dimensioned accordingly. The number of retaining means 16 is left, two retaining means 16 to the specialist as meaningful proved.

The figures 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d show the ground 10 in the different opinions. Three rest means of 12, two retaining means 16 as well as the recesses 17 are intended. A part of the internal wall is provided with the groove 14.

The figures 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d show the cover 11 in the different opinions. An admission 13 and three drillings 15 is intended. A part of the internal wall is provided with the groove 14.

The housing 9 is preferably made of plastic.

As procedure a pressure pouring procedure presents itself.
