A twist-cut unsealing mechanism includes both-side protrusions arranged along a virtual circle rounding around the center line of rotation and an abutment protrusion movable relatively to the both-side protrusions along the virtual circle, and is configured so that one of the both-side protrusion and the abutment protrusion for indicating completion of twist-cut is fixed to a spout ( 2 ) and the other protrusion is fixed to a cap ( 3 ), the both-side protrusion has a sliding surface of gentle slope and a stopper surface of steep slope wherein projection heights of both surfaces are substantially same in the radial direction and both surface are adjacent to each other along a circle, the abutment protrusion can abut against the sliding surface and the stopper surface, and at a position where the abutment protrusion passed the sliding surface in the rotational direction, the relative rotation positions of the spout ( 2 ) and the cap ( 3 ) is set above the twist-cut completion position of a seal member ( 15 ) and within detachment allowance positional range where the detachment of the cap ( 3 ) is permitted.

The present application provides a unique process of canning a controlled substance where the cans are hermetically sealed and clearly identified in a number of different ways. The process will begin by inserting a packing and dehumidifying agent, preferably a formed rice cake. The controlled substance is then inserted. In some cases the rice cakes will be eliminated or just a single rice cake will be used on the top or the bottom. If the process of storing the controlled substance in an inert atmosphere is desired, the oxygen in the container is replaced with gaseous nitrogen. After the container has been sealed in the conventional pop-top canning procedure; an identifying scent substance is permanently adhered to the can or label. An internal or external microchip could be used to detect, track and trace the container filled with a controlled substance.

The sealing disc is composed of a plurality of layers with an edge. Before the container is opened for the first time, at least one group of layers tightly closes the mouth of said container. One of the layers is a metallic layer that can be heated by induction. The other layers are non-metallic and unable to be directly heated by induction. The group of layers can be sealed, using a sealing layer, on the circumferential edge of the mouth. One of the layers is composed of a thermally insulating material. The sealing disc has at least one grip tab. The grip tab is formed from just one or more of the layers of the layer group. The surfaces of the layers that form said grip tab project beyond the edge of the metallic, induction-heatable layer of the group for the length of the surface of the grip tab. Said grip tab is formed only from the layer composed of thermally insulating material, or from said layer and one or more of the other non-metallic layers that are unable to be directly heated by induction. The grip tab is doubled over on the uppermost layer of the sealing disc.
