[0002] certain mechanical watches now embed electronic functions to render the watch more interactive. Those so-called watches connected thus be only watches purely electronic but they may also be provided with a mechanical movement. For example, a manufacture horological has devised a mechanical timepiece with a physical activity tracker, the tracker being disposed inside the watch case.

[3]

[0003] by watch connected, is used to describe a watch connectable to a smartphone and this are essentially their functionality which will be used. Some models can directly access the Internet without any intermediate. Generally, the watch is provided with a display screen for displaying information (digital or not), and the link between a smartphone and watch is via wireless technology such as for example a 3g network or a WiFi network. Equipped for most of touch screens, they have roughly the same functionalities, often less developed, that the [...] and the tablets. For example, it is possible to receive alerts telephone calls, read and respond to calls through a speaker and a microphone integrated, send a call, be alerted when receiving email notifications or social (with Facebook, or Twitter, ...), of use applications or even, in some cases, access to the Internet, manage the as music from its smartphones, to use GPS provisions, or simply play.
