This invention is a wrist-worn device with at least one camera on a movable component that flips-up or pops-up from a wrist band or sleeve. It can be embodied in a smart watch. In an example, there can be two cameras on the flip-up or pop-up component, one that faces toward a person wearing the device and one which faces away from the person wearing the device. The angle of the movable component and the focal direction of a camera can be adjustably locked by the person into different positions. 1.
