The liquid storing groove is used for storing the cleaning liquid. The cleaning pump is used for pumping the cleaning liquid and is connected to the liquid storing groove. The first cleaning pipeline and the second cleaning pipeline are respectively used for connecting the cleaning pump and the cleaning liquid inlet, and the cleaning liquid outlet and the liquid storing groove so as to form a cleaning liquid circulating loop. The steam heating device is used for producing steam. The steam pipeline is used for connecting the steam heating device and the steam inlet.
