[2]

The invention is a novel technique for storing and handling boats to earth, design relatively easy and secure operating, to overcome the lack of space in boat marinas and avoid to the maximum of a coastline insult.

[3]

Previously, the only alternative to full water port was park the vessels sec, with all of the problems of handling, transport, the risk of accidents, deterioration of materials and the difficulty of designing supports that can receive boats different in shape, in size and weight.

[4]

The boats is to store ground, but on a body of water, hence eliminating all or part of the handling ships, irrespective of the size, mass or their shape. The-are moored (6) in the same way as in a conventional port, with pontoons (5).

[5]

The figure is one of the most complete technically: a lock main allows ships from the sea (9) enter a distributor channel leading to a lagoon (3) whose level is the same as that of the channel. One or more lagoons Annexes (4) can then be brought into service as required for example, connected to the channel by secondary locks (2). The length of the channel itself can be increased and the number and arrangement of the lagoons and pontoons can be modified as desired. It is desirable to automate the system for opening and closing the lock. The medium is operated by a controller, a key or a chip card or magnetic by the boater who desires to advancing and retracting, to maximum leaving freedom.

[6]

A crane (10) and a wedge launching may be provided to enable even more flexible management of the port.

[7]

The construction itself includes poleaxe one or more lagoons (3-4) for storing a height of water (fresh or salt) adapted to the draft boats to be installed. Each lagoon will be accomplished either by a suitable géomembranne , (placed in the art and protected on the edges preferably), or by a sealant: clay, clay, concrete or other.

[8]

It is desirable to separate the port to several basins ground particularly in the case of large surfaces or natural slope too enhanced. The lagoons (3-4) will then be communicating by providing a sluice system to a trough (8), which provides greater flexibility of use and can provide a solution to a problem of a step, to large differences in draft boats or serious issue on the one of the pools.

[9]

The water supply will be by pumping fresh or salt water, a weir placed in low point will regulate the water level and emptying each basin individually. During the transfer of vessels by the sluices, a large portion of the water consumed by the Lockages may be recovered either by pumping in recycling, either by transfer in a second lock in the case of a port equipped with two or more locks to limit fluctuations important level related to high activity and energy saving.

[10]

One or more cranes or suitable power lift systems will be installed at the edge of a or lagoons to port and withdrawal of the boats, in case the lock main (l) could not assume its function. Cranes can be positioned between the two basins for example if the port is divided into two. Cranes will also to sec ships for their maintenance or the transport.

[11]

A wedge (11) may be provided to the water with a trailer.

[12]

The storage type boats into water to ground has many advantages, including here the main:

[13]

Low construction cost (working and placing the géomembranne or earth moving and coated) and limited maintenance: of silting not due to tides.

[14]

Low operating cost through the automation of the sluice system and freedom for users that will, as in a full water port, extend and retract the port at any time and by their own means.

[15]

Even overall appearance that a marina full-water, gentle towards the shore.

[16]

If accidental pollution (for example hydrocarbons) ease of intervention and pollution contained.

[17]

A basin attachment is to be provided for the adjusting the travelling rate and cleaning ships and past separating and recycling waste pollutants (antifouling or between other detergents).

[18]

The handling is very easy within the port, regardless of the weight of the boat, by a simple small motivecraft, electrical or thermal, if it is not self-sustaining.

[19]

Easy installation of the various mooring pontoons and low cost because the water level is substantially constant (variation due mainly to the operation of the lock if the port is equipped therewith).

[20]

Ultimate Security for vessels in cases where there is a very large storm with the possibility of lowering the level of the water in the basin and the resting on the bottom. In the case of boats having a keel, a basin independent can be reserved will remain in water.

[21]

The shape of the lagoon can be adapted to any geographic location, more easily the land very steep slope.

[22]

The storage medium (water) is always available at will by simply pumping proximity.

[23]

In the case of a lagoon containing ships shallow draft, the low height of water required for storage can then be less than one meter, allowing high ensuring security for the persons falls accidentally to the water.

[24]

Reside on the boat may be as in a conventional port.

[25]

Landscaped The surroundings can be easily in order to perfect the harbour aesthetic of the assembly.

[26]

The device has basins (3, 4) for storing water head adapted for draught of boats to be installed. The boats are transferred by a primary lock (1) that connects the sea (9) and a distribution channel (8) which connects the basins. Some of the basins (3, 4) are isolated by secondary locks (2). Idle pontoons (7) are installed along the channel for passing the locks. The adjustment of constant water level is done by pumping or draining.

1) storage device a ground, characterized by constructing a lagoon that fit perfectly in its environment and minimizing the impact attacks on a coastline.
