본 발명은 계선주에 묶어서 선박을 계류시키는 계류로프 상에 높이 조절이 가능한 도르래를 안벽에 고정 설치함으로써, 조수간만의 차이 또는 너울로부터 변화되는 수심에 따라 계류로프의 길이를 조절하여 계류로프가 단절되는 것을 방지하는 도르래를 이용한 선박 계류장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예에 따른 도르래를 이용한 선박 계류장치는 선박이 해안으로 접안될 수 있도록 계류로프를 묶어서 고정시키는 계선주가 고정 설치된 안벽과, 상기 안벽에 고정 설치된 계선주에 이격하여 상, 하 방향으로 높이 조절 가능하게 설치되며, 조수간만의 차이 또는 너울로부터 변화되는 수심으로 인해 상기 계선주에 묶여 고정된 계류로프에 변위가 주어질 경우 상기 계류로프의 단절을 방지하도록 상기 계류로프의 길이를 조절하는 도르래를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

One end of the extensible member is secured to a predetermined position adjacent the dock or mooring buoy while the other end of the extensible member is fashioned into an easily grasped shape and is detachably secured adjacent to a free end of the mooring line. A spring or other means is used to urge the extensible member towards its retracted position so that the device maintains the mooring line at a predetermined accessible position adjacent the dock or mooring and above the water line. This enables the mooring line to be easily retrieved by the returning boater and used in its normal fashion to secure the boat.

PURPOSE: A quay wall for ocean wind power generator, which uses a distance sensor and a GPS device, is provided to prevent damage to a harbor facility due to impact, when a ship is being docked, by mounting a reinforcing plate between a skeleton part and a docking support stand. CONSTITUTION: A quay wall for ocean wind power generator comprises a docking support stand(200), a skeleton part, a reinforcing plate, a guide(1), an anchor, a solar panel, and a seaway guide light(3). The docking support stand is installed on the sea surface which contacts a marine structure. The skeleton part is installed in the slope between the support stand for the marine structure. The reinforcing plate is installed between the support stand for the skeleton part. The solar panel is installed in one side of the marine structure which is close to the support stand. The electricity produced by the solar panel is supplied to the seaway guide light and distant sensor. A wind vane(8), inducing the direction of wind, is installed in side end of the support stand.

A terminal and system for the automatic computerized unloading of containerized cargo from container ships to trucks, railroad cars, other ships or storage. The terminal system (10) is equipped to store or transfer unloaded cargo automatically by using independent container transfer vehicles (26). The cargo ships (20) are moored between quays (22) of a terminal building constructed in or adjacent to a waterway. Independent container transfer vehicles (26) on an overhead transverse beam (28) system lift a container (18) up and away from a ship and transfer it to the elevated ground rail (72) system without changing the container orientation, and then shuttle on elevated ground conveyance rails to other areas of the terminal to distribute the container to the pertinent transportation system (railcar, truck, another ship) or to storage (40). Containers can also be unloaded from trucks and railroad cars and transported to a berthed ship utilizing the same transportation system. Remotely controlled docking modules (199) may be used to guide an incoming ship into the quay and to assist in engaging the ship's hull onto a bow mooring assembly (144). Side fenders (162) positioned in the quay moor the ship and maintain its position within the dock during cargo transfers. A rapid fueling system refuels the ships. The terminal can be located on land or offshore in any navigable waterway with either an access tunnel or a causeway for truck and rail access from land.

A boat mooring device which self-adjusts to fluctuations in water level due to tidal action, floods, storms and the like is disclosed. The boat mooring device comprises an elongate, generally vertical pylon with a narrow vertical slit extending along most of the length of the pylon, an inner flotation device positioned within the pylon, means to attach the inner flotation device to a mooring line, and means to attach the pylon to a mooring structure such as a dock pole. The inner flotation member moves vertically within the interior of the vertical pylon as water level fluctuates, and the attached mooring line moves vertically in concert. The inner flotation member further includes a cylindrical collar containing brushing means, wherein the brushing means scour the interior surface of the pylon to clear barnacles or other debris which would interfere with the operation of the device.
