[Class 38 (v).] In a tumbler switch in which the operating lever c, pivoted at f, is connected by a dead-centre spring h with the contact lever e, pivoted at m, the operating lever c lies within the two parallel side arms of the contact arm e and also engages one or more members n connecting the two side arms to provide positive actuation. The lever c is made from a flat metal plate forked at its end to receive the spring h and having projecting lugs f to engage recesses in the bridge d. A handle portion i is moulded on to the plate which is formed with a hole or with projections to effect secure connection.
