SPINNING MACHINE AND ITS OPERATION CONTROL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for performing an operation control of a spinning machine without a fear of wasting a molten resin raw material on performing an exchange operation of a spinneret or a filter, capable of preventing the generation of a loss of the molten resin raw material and stably performing the operation control while performing the exchange work of the spinneret or the filter.

SOLUTION: This method for performing an operation control comprises detecting the outlet side pressure of a gear pump for a main flow passage 6 with a first pressure-detecting device 11, adjusting the ejection amount from the gear pump 6 with a first pressure-adjusting device 15 based on the detected pressure, also detecting the inlet side pressure of the gear pump 6 with a second pressure detecting device 12, adjusting the raw material supplying amount to a biaxial extruder 2 from a feeder 4 with a second pressure-adjusting device 17 based on the detected pressure, and further, installing a ratio-setting device 19 for controlling the ratio of the raw material supplying amount from the feeder 4 to the extruding amount from the biaxial extruder to a previously set constant ratio.
