IGNITION COIL DEVICE FOR ENGINE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the productivity of an independently ignited ignition coil device for engine by rationalizing the conventional manufacturing process of the device including a winding step, a primary coil assembling step, and a secondary coil assembling step. SOLUTION: The ignition coil device has a center core 1, secondary bobbin 2, secondary coil 3, primary bobbin 4, primary coil 5, etc., incorporated in a coil case 6 and is directly connected to an individual ignition plug when the device is used. The secondary bobbin 2 and secondary coil 3 are disposed on the inside of the primary bobbin 4 and the bobbins 2 and 4 are respectively provided with baffles which prevent the relative rotations of the bobbins 2 and 4 to each other. The head 2A of the secondary bobbin 2 is protruded heigher than the upper end of the primary bobbin 4 and is provided with a coil terminal 18 which is used for both of the primary and the secondary coils 5 and 3 for connecting one-side ends of the coils 5 and 3 to a power source, and a primary coil terminal 19 which connects the other end of the primary coil 5 to an ignition controlling driving element.
