VIDEO SIGNAL PROCESSOR AND TELEVISION BROADCASTING RECEIVER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively conduct air cooling for an HDD unit and to appropriately arrange circuit boards in a video signal processor and a television broadcasting receiver in which the HDD unit is stored in a freely attachable and detachable manner in the stand that supports the device main body.

SOLUTION: The followings are provided, i.e., a device main body 12 which has a video display means 14 to display video signals, an HDD unit 20 which incorporates an HDD52 and a stand 13 which is installed on a prescribed base table, supports the device main body 12 so as to raise the video display screen of the video display means 14 and has a storage section 42 that internally stores the HDD unit 20 in a freely attachable and detachable manner. The case of the HDD unit 20 consists of a pair of parts storage sections and a connecting section which connects the tip parts of the parts storage sections. The HDD main body 52 is stored in one of the parts storage sections, an electric fan is arranged in the connecting section and circuit boards are appropriately arranged in each of the parts storage sections.
