The present invention relates to an insert injection molding method and an injection molded product using the same. More specifically, disclosed are an injection molding method using a fiber-reinforced composite material as an insert, and an injection molded product. Provided in the present invention is the injection molding method, which comprises: a step of arranging a fiber-reinforced composite material in which a high-strength fiber as an insert material is impregnated in a resin; an insert forming step for molding the fiber-reinforced composite material as a preparatory shape to manufacture an insert; and an injection molding step for arranging the insert on an injection mold and inserting a resin to manufacture the injection molded product. Provided is the manufacturing method of an injection molded product, having the high degree of design freedom.
