A second grid (14) is provided with a grid layer (21), a metal layer (22), and a support substrate (23). The grid layer (21) has x-ray-absorbing sections (26) and x-ray-transmitting sections (27) arranged alternatingly in a direction perpendicular to the direction of x-ray incidence. The support substrate (23) supports the grid layer (21) and has an ion-conducting material on the surface on the grid-layer (21) side. The metal layer (22) contains a first thin film (31), a second thin film (32), and a third thin film (33). The first thin film (31) is a sheath electrode for when forming the x-ray-absorbing sections (26) by electroplating. The second thin film (32) has better adhesion to the x-ray-transmitting sections (27) than to the first thin film (31). The third thin film (33) creates a better anodic bond to the support substrate (23) than to the first thin film (31).
