METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FOLDABLE FRAME, AND FOLDABLE FRAME MANUFACTURED THEREBY
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a foldable frame, and a foldable frame manufactured thereby, the method being capable of improving foldability and formability of a basic frame over prior art even if a single double-sided corrugated cardboard made of paper or a synthetic resin material having a certain thickness or more is used. The method for manufacturing a foldable frame according to the present invention comprises the steps of: forming at least one cutting groove having a preset size on the upper surface or the lower surface of a double-sided corrugated cardboard having a predetermined shape formed by connecting a plurality of sheets of corrugating medium paper in the vertical direction; folding multiple times or scrolling both ends of the double-sided corrugated cardboard having the at least one cutting groove formed thereon; applying pressure in the upper direction from the lower section of a pair of cutting grooves formed between the center part of the double-sided corrugated cardboard and the double-sided corrugated cardboard folded multiple times scrolled; and forming a T-shaped frame by applying pressure in the lower direction of a cutting groove formed at the upper center part of the double-sided corrugated cardboard folded multiple times or scrolled.
