An apparatus for molding a battery case according to an embodiment of the present invention for addressing the above issue comprises: a die having a pouch film seated on an upper surface thereof, and including at least one molding space recessed inwardly from the upper surface; and a punch disposed above the molding space, and descending to insert and mold the pouch film into the molding space, wherein the upper surface of the die includes at least one die bevel surface.
