After curing the resin initially remains on the shaping mold (2) as a resin body but is destroyed during the demolding of the workpiece (1), at predetermined breaking points. Carben-Metall-Verbindungen (NHC). So können mit dem neuen Initiierungsmechanismus Molekulargewichte (Mw) von 2000 bis über 30000 g/mol und enge Polydispersitäten realisiert werden. Die Polymerisationen können sowohl in Substanz als auch in Lösung in einem geeigneten Lösemittel durchgeführt werden. Verbindungen dieses Typs sind thermisch latent und initiieren bei Erwärmung eine Polymerisation zu Polylaurinlactam in hohen Ausbeuten, bis hin zu einer quantitativen Umsetzung, während bei Raumtemperatur eine Reaktion unterbleibt. Polydispersität und Molekulargewicht des Polylaurinlactams lassen sich durch Wahl des Initiators und der Reaktionsbedingungen einstellen.

A reinforcement stiffener may be located adjacent to at least one of the pressurizable members and the wetted fibers that form the internal structural feature. The reinforcement stiffener includes a modulus of elasticity that is substantially higher than a modulus of elasticity of the resin used to wet the fibers. In one embodiment, the reinforcement stiffener may be received in a pocket of one of the pressurizable members and may include a releasing agent that permits removal of the stiffener after the composite structure has been pressurized and cured.

A method of forming a three-dimensional object is carried out by: (a) providing a carrier and an optically transparent member having a build surface, the carrier and the build surface defining a build region therebetween; (b) filling the build region with a polymerizable liquid, the polymerizable liquid including a mixture of (i) a light polymerizable liquid first component, and (ii) a second solidifiable component that is different from the first component; (c) irradiating the build region with light through the optically transparent member to form a solid polymer scaffold from the first component and also advancing the carrier away from the build surface to form a three-dimensional intermediate having the same shape as, or a shape to be imparted to, the three-dimensional object, and containing the second solidifiable component carried in the scaffold in unsolidified and/or uncured form; and (d) concurrently with or subsequent to the irradiating step, solidifying and/or curing the second solidifiable component in the three-dimensional intermediate to form the three-dimensional object.

A system and method for constructing a composite structure using a multi-piece tool. The pieces are assembled, including making a connection, such as a mortise-and-tenon connection, between pieces using an adhesive mixed with an induction heatable material, such as iron filings having a unit size of between 5 microns and 600 microns, and an amount of between 5% and 50% by volume. A method for manufacturing a permanent magnet , comprising:preparing a plurality of permanent magnet blocks having the same size;spacing and arranging the plurality of permanent magnet blocks in a lower mold which has an opened upper side;pressing a side of the lower mold while circulating adhesive in the lower mold and integrating the plurality of permanent magnet blocks such that the adhesive is evenly applied to a surface of each of the plurality of permanent magnet blocks, thereby forming a permanent magnet assembly; andhardening the adhesive by heating the permanent magnet assembly.2. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the step of pressing the side of the lower mold comprises:arranging a leveling plate on the opening upper side of the lower mold; andpressing the leveling plate using an upper mold to level the plurality of permanent magnet blocks,3.
