INSPECTION METHOD FOR DISPLAY PANEL HAVING FUNCTION OF INSPECTING DEGRADED PIXEL CELL IN REAL-TIME

Provided is an inspection method for a display panel. The inspection method for the display panel may comprise: a step of preparing a to-be-tested display panel having a plurality of pixel cells; a step of selecting a to-be-tested pixel cell from among the plurality of pixel cells included in the to-be-tested display panel; a step of applying an inspection signal to the to-be-tested pixel cell; a step of measuring an output signal of the to-be-tested pixel cell with respect to the inspection signal; and a step of deriving characterization information of the to-be-tested pixel cell by characterizing a variation of the output signal according to time, and determining whether the to-be-tested pixel cell is degraded.
