The present invention is a technique for automatically removing a carbonated portion of a grill during roasting, and specifically, to a technique for removing a carbonated portion on a wire of a wire group by a fixed scraper while the wire group moves automatically back and forth with respect to the fixed scraper. Particularly, the present invention is a technique which enables the carbonated portion on the wire of the wire group to be naturally scraped even when a user does not move the position of the meat located on the upper side of the wire group.
