The present invention relates to a smart water quality measurement sensor which optically measures a dissolved oxygen amount for water quality used in various fields such as a power plant, the internet of things, waste water, an ultra pure facility line, a fishery, a fish farm, and a smart farm, allows on-site operations for outputting a measurement signal pursuant to the international standards, selecting an output signal, selecting a water quality property, and performing initialization calibration work, and allows real-time management using a function for the internet of things.
