The present invention relates to a heating mat using germanium tiles including the germanium tiles obtained by doing a biscuit firing of a mixture wherein 60-80 wt% of clay, 16-36 wt% of white clay, and 4-6 wt% of a germanium oxide powder are mixed at a temperature of 700-900°C and thereafter doing a secondly firing of the mixture at a temperature of 1000-1300°C and a mat wherein the multiple germanium tiles are attached on a top surface, and a heating unit is embedded in a lower part. According to the germanium tiles and the heating mat using the same, the heating mat emitting far-infrared radiation from germanium is provided, and thus an effect of recovering fatigue with far-infrared radiation is obtained in case a user sleeps or takes a rest on the heating mat.
