The present invention provides a shotcrete composition for resistance to abrasion and cracking and a skateboard park construction method using the same. The shotcrete composition includes 13 to 18 wt% of general cement, 3 to 5 wt% of fly ash, 15 to 25 wt% of coarse aggregate, 45 to 60 wt% of fine aggregate, 6 to 10 wt% of water, 0.01 to 0.2 wt% of natural fiber, and 0.1 to 1% by weight of colloidal silica.
